My phone rung and rung time after time it was Kay's mom I know she ain't calling at three am.
"Hello?" I questioned "journey Kay is locked up" i quickly jumped up "when did he get locked up tonight ?" She huffed "yes he just called me and wanted me to tell you" I ran a hand down my face.
"But they are trying to work to get him, let out on bond" I smacked my lips "and how much is his bond?" I got outta bed going over to my dresser.
"Like fifteen thousand" this dumb ass nigga I grabbed my wallet "and what he was in there for ?" I said "drive by, but they quickly got caught him due to security footage" I nodded.
"He's gonna have to sit in there until tomorrow morning" I got back in bed "tomorrow we can go bail him out" his mom said.
"Alright I'll see you tomorrow morning love you" I hung up.
It was finally the next morning I called my mom to see if she can watch the kids while me and Kay's Mom go for Kay.
"Hey bug what you up to" I rolled my eyes "i need you to watch Nyla and esrä, Kay stupid ass got locked up last night and I needa go bail him out" my mom smacked her lips.
"Journey you need to leave that boy alone, he's up to no good and doesn't plan on changing his ways" my mom said making me huff.
"Y todo lo que hace es pasarte por lo mismo una y otra vez, pero trae a los niños por encima del bicho" my mom added on.
And all he does is put you though the same thing over and over but bring the over bug TRANSLATION
"I know but it's hard to leave someone you started a family with" my mom should know this "I know I'm not telling you what to do bug I'll see you soon" she hung up.
She was definitely upset.
Me and Kay's mom finally made it to the place I had to sign a whole bunch of paperwork and soon kay was finally released.
I shook my head giving the lady back the papers and we left "wassup with y'all, ya can't speck to a nigga" I ignored him starting up the car.
"Are you fucking stupid" I glanced over at him "watch ya mouth journey for real" I rolled my eyes "no you gotta be slow why the fuck are you still Doing the same shit"
"You are a father now of not one but two and you wanna be doing a drive by like you don't have kids to take care of" Kay smacked his lips "ion wanna hear dis shit right now" he shook his head.
"Nigga I don't give a fuck, the same way I don't wanna hear you getting locked up in the middle of the night " I said making him look at me.
"I hadda do what I gotta do mane my kids gonna be good regardless, you tranna make it seem like I don't give no fucks and I'm just doing shit" Kay said.
I looked at him.
"It seems like your just doing it bro, that whole thing you did was fucking dumb and if you can't change your ways, we're outta New York" Kay shook his head.
"Aight journey whatever you say" Kay shrugged "and keep acting like you don't give a fuck, you'll be seeing esrä once a week"
"Journey and that's supposed to mean what exactly?" Kay looked at me "how ever you wanna take it" I shrugged parking the car.
It was currently time for Nyla to meet her mom for the second time Brooklyn and Kay's mom was going to me coming with us "Brooklyn, please don't argue or say anything smart" Kay's mom said as we all piled up in the car.
"Nope, nope if she say sum smart shit to me ima light her ass up" I chuckled Kay drove off "same thing with you journey" Kay glanced at me.
"Kevin I don't even play with you like that, your not my dad" I said Nyla was sitting with Kay's mom Brooklyn chuckled "I'm going to see china?" Nyla questioned.
"Yes sadly" Brooklyn said "why sadly titi?" I glanced at the "nothing" we finally pulled up to the place.

"You didn't need to make this a family trip you could've came by yourself" china mumbled and we all sat down "girl what family trip it's literally only four of us plus Nyla hush" I said.
"Aight cmon china don't wanna waste ya 50 minutes with your daughter" Kay said "chi, why did you leave me that weekend" Nyla asked.
"Great, great question, I been asking the same thing" I chuckled "because, I just wasn't ready to be a mom just yet" I shook my head.
"Girl after four years you wasn't ready to be a mother? The fuck kinda shit is that" she huffed "I been really wanting to beat you upp, cus you just keep trying me" china said.
"Baby girl, you never could've seen me get active cause you jumped me remember" I said "and beat who up ma?" Brooklyn questioned.
A/n Brooklyn & journey would really eat china tf up.
"Bitch jumping or not I'll dead beat both y'all hoes up the fuck are we talking about" china said standing up.
"Girl shut allat up you should've you couldn't fight when you had to jump" I shrugged my shoulders "exactly like no one is scared of you ma, now answer your child's questions why did you leave her" Brooklyn said.
"Yea this shit ain't gon work Kevin next time you come. Bring my child and come alone" she got up leaving "exactly leave like how you left that weekend"
"Yo didn't I tell y'all niggas not to start that arguing shit" Kay stood up picking up Nyla "no body gives a fuck about what you said Kevin, your baby mother needs to learn how to be respectful" Brooklyn shrug getting up.
"I already told you to not do the meeting anyway so" I grabbed my keys we all left.
These meetings ain't gonna work, Kay should give it up already.
