Aeros Deo Suarez:
Based on your smell, I figured out you like vanilla.

Aeros and I, have been messaging each other on Facebook lately, nag-rereply lang ako kapag matino ang mga messages niya, maliban doon ay sini-seen ko na lamang.

Nasa cafe ako ngayon, tapos na ang duty ko but I decided to stay here a little longer to do an advance reading. Kaye texted me that she's already home and preparing our dinner kaya maya-maya ay uuwi narin ako.

I bought myself a vanilla shake para kahit papano ay ganahan ako sa ginagawa ko. I continued reading and jotting down some important key words.

May free wifi sa cafe kaya recommended talaga siya for those who love to study, and the ambiance, it's giving off some calming vibes.

My phone lit up again and another message from Aeros popped up.

Aeros Deo Suarez:
Are you busy? Just tell me if you are, I won't bother you.

I was about to type my reply when he sent another one.

Aeros Deo Suarez:
For now, lol

I took a photo of my current state, where my books, papers and highlighters are visible. Then, I quickly sent it to him.

Typing...

Aeros Deo Suarez:
Oh, where are you?

Liharra Maru Velasco:
Kiss and Tell.

Aeros Deo Suarez:
Can I come? I want to study too.

Akala ko ba hindi niya na ako guguluhin? Scam!

Hindi na ako nag-reply. Pinatay ko na lang ang wifi ko para hindi na kami makapag-usap pa. I sipped on my vanilla shake and allow my throat to savor my favorite flavor. Hindi ako kailan man magsasawa sa vanilla.

I flipped another page of the book and did my note taking. I enjoyed reading a lot. It excites me whenever the topic hasn't been discussed yet but I already did an advance reading, I feel equipped. Pakiramdam ko ang dami kong nalalaman kapag ganon. Tapos makakasabay pa ako sa discussion 'cause I already have ideas.

I'm always starving for knowledge. The more I read, the more I learn, maiiwasan ko pa mag-procrastinate sa ganitong paraan.

Knowledge is powerful. Dahil kapag mahirap ka tapos wala ka pang pinag-aralan, tingin sa'yo ng lahat ay wala kang lugar sa lipunan.

"I wonder how deep your thoughts are."

Napa-angat ang tingin ko sa taong nagsalita.

Aeros was standing in front me in his blue Pj's. He was wearing specs, may bitbit pa siyang Macbook at makapal na libro sa kaliwang kamay.

He didn't say anything. He pulled the vacant chair next to mine and seated there. His manly scent isn't foreign to my nose now.

"Kanina ka pa?" I asked when he already settled down.

He glanced at me and shook his head. "I just got here."

Ibinaling ko ang tingin sa librong kaharap, for a second I forgot what I was reading all about, I had to go back to the previous page of the book to recall what I have read.

As for Aeros, He was focused on his laptop, he's typing something at paminsan-minsan ay bumabaling siya sa makapal na librong nakabuklat sa harapanan niya.
So, he really came here to study?

"Focus Maru, don't stare at me."

Agad akong dinalaw ng hiya sa sinabi niya. Hindi na ako nag-deny dahil useless naman, he already caught me, what's there to excuse? Mananahimik na lang ako.
