Words are powerful, but not in my case...
I was determined to avoid any connection with that guy,
Pero sadyang mapaglaro talaga ang universe...

"Miss Velasco?" I snapped back to reality when Ms. Yena called my name. I've been daydreaming about planes. How does it feel to fly an aircraft? How does it feel to reach the blue skies? How does it feel to touch the clouds? Probably amazing.

I never wish to become one of those people who can fly an aircraft with their bare hands, but If I were be given a chance to, I would gladly consider that idea. Having a 'Captain' right before your name sounds amazing and amusing as well.

"Please bring these documents to the registrar's office." Sabi niya habang nakangiti.

"Well, if you don't mind." Nagkibit balikat pa siya. "I have a meeting right now e, 'di ko madadaan 'dun kasi nasa tourism department pa ang meeting ko, and kailangan na raw ngayon 'yan ni Miss Annie." Tumango lang ako kay Miss Yena.

"It's okay po, I don't mind." Nakangiting sabi ko sa kaniya.

"Thank you, Miss Velasco." She smiled back at me at naunang lumabas ng classroom.

We have an airconditioned classrooms pero kapag nasa labas na, I swear to God, ang pangit ng tela ng uniform namin, sobrang init!

I knocked twice upon seeing the 'Knock twice before you enter' sign plastered on the door. After that, I opened the door without hesitation.

"Good morning, Miss." Kaagad na bati ko kay Miss Annie who's currently talking to a student. Ngumiti lang siya sa'kin then she signaled me to sit on the vacant seat in front of her table.

The heck? I tsked and rolled my eyes on him.

"There's nothing wrong with your records, Mr. Suarez."

"Your documents are all complete here."

Miss Annie was checking something in a brown envelope she was holding.

May dalawang malaking book shelves sa loob, nakadikit sa ding-ding and they are parallel to each other. On the top of the shelves, there were different trophies too.

May tatlong cubicles din sa loob, each cubicle has a swivel chair and a monitor, perhaps for the faculty.

"You don't have any remaining balance here. Your mother went here last week. She fully paid your tuition for the 2 semesters already." Rinig kong paliwanag ni Miss Annie.

"Mom hasn't told me anything about this yet. I was worried I might not able to get a permit.

Tumawa naman si Miss sa sinabi niya. "Are you living independently?"
