"Hey sexy! Did you forget me already?" Hoseok said with a pout on his heart shaped lips , making Hiya chuckle and shake her head.

"Never, Hobi! How could I forget my one and only best friend?" she replied, her voice sweet but tinged with a hint of triumph. A small, victorious smile played on her lips as she met his gaze, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

"Oh really? I don't remember having a selfie with you today? Sis... just because you got your man doesn't mean that you will kick out my butt." He said with somewhat serious tone , in response she nervously smiled.

"Oh god! I'm so sorry, Hobi-ssi! Come on, let's take a selfie right now!" she said, her voice bright as she tried to cheer him up.

Hoseok pretended to fumble in his pocket, eventually pulling out his phone and giving a theatrical sigh as he attempted to unlock it. "Ah, seriously?" he muttered, shaking his head.

"What happened?" she asked, concerned.

"My phone's battery is dead. Mind if I borrow yours?"

"Oh... sure! Here, take it," she offered, handing over her phone.

Moments later, they were caught up in a whirlwind of selfies, striking every pose imaginable — from goofy faces to more serious BFF poses, each one radiating their unique, crazy-but-stunning energy. After snapping dozens of pictures, Hoseok scrolled through them, showing her the ones they'd taken. They laughed at their silliest shots, sharing a moment of pure joy.

As their laughter died down, Hoseok found himself watching her smile, her carefree laughter tugging at his heart. He sighed inwardly, knowing the task he was about to carry out would challenge everything about their friendship.

"Hey! I saw this perfect photo spot by the fountain. I'm going to take some shots there with your phone, alright?" He forced a casual tone, holding up her phone with a thumbs-up.

"Okay, go ahead! Just don't lose it!" she teased, returning his thumbs-up with a grin.

Hoseok nodded, hiding the apprehension simmering inside him as he turned away, heading toward the fountain with her phone in hand.

"And done" Hoseok said while resetting her phone which included erasing each single data from her phone, be it her accounts or her storage stuffs. He knows there could be many more important things which could be useful for her but right now , he didn't have any time to pick it out.

Hoseok felt a pang of frustration, a quiet ache gnawing at him. They used to share everything, even their account — a silent trust that meant he had access to all her media, just as she did with his. But recently, she had changed the password, and the reason behind it was clear as day. She didn't want him discovering *that* clip.

"What's with all the noise?" Hoseok muttered, his brow furrowing as he picked up his pace, his footsteps quickening as he sprinted inside.

The scene that greeted him was pure chaos. Jimin stood in a heated argument with Hiya, both voices clashing loudly, each word cutting through the tension. The police were there too, adding an air of seriousness that made the whole situation feel weightier.

Hoseok's heart skipped a beat as he assessed the room, wondering what had ignited this confrontation and how deep the roots of this mess went.
