" Experience is not what happens to you; it's what you do with what happens to you."

— Aldous Huxley🖤

'Happiness', what exactly it is? How do you recognise it? What it does to you? —if someone ever asked such questions to Kim Taehyung, he'll simply shrug off and point at the sight which was unfolding in front of his eyes.

The way Jimin's eyes lit up as he looked around the whole apartment, a big smile playing on his lips as he touched the cute things kept there, his eyes smiling along with his lips; a soft melodious giggle leaving past his lips as he jumped on the soft bed, shaking his head against the pluffy pillow in happiness.

That's how Taehyung would like to define happiness.

"Tae~" Jimin whined, trying to grab the attention of the latter; a cute pout adorning his lips.

"uh-huh...yeah?" Taehyung stammered in response as he was brought out of his thoughts.

"Can.....Can you unpack my bags too? Please. I'm tired and I just want to sleep right now."

The smaller said yawning a little to prove his point and the taller shook his head, jumping over him and pulled him closer.

"Well, I'm tired too. Let's cuddle for now and I'll call our brothers or yoongi to help us." Taehyung said as he shoved his face into Jimin's crook of neck and sniffed him; inhaling the baby-like smell of the skin products Jimin has been using lately.

"Kay" The smaller muttered, closing his eyes as Taehyung's hot breath fanned over his sensitive skin. Jimin tried to get some sleep too and he honestly didn't want to let Taehyung go because he loves to cuddle the younger.

Specially since he was pregnant, he's been craving for being close to Taehyung almost each hour of the day.
Like he literally wanted to cling to the latter 24/7.

Jimin's gaze drifted around the room, his sleepy eyes taking in the cozy surroundings as a warm smile spread across his face. This was it—their home. A sanctuary where he would live with Taehyung and the precious life growing inside him. For the first time in weeks, the oppressive weight of uncertainty lightened just a little, replaced by a fragile but growing sense of hope.

This new beginning whispered assurances to him. Keeping the baby hadn't been a mistake. There was a chance—no, a promise—of a good future. A future where his child would be safe and loved. And Taehyung? Taehyung had stood by him through it all, never faltering. Jimin knew now that he wouldn't face this journey alone.

They were partners in this, sharing the weight of responsibility, of dreams, and of fear. Moving in together felt like the first step of a long path they would walk side by side. It made Jimin feel safe, grounded, like maybe the ground beneath his feet wasn't as fragile as he'd feared.

Still, the thought haunted him: What if Taehyung had only asked him to keep the baby as a passing suggestion? What if he had left him to figure everything out alone? Jimin couldn't even begin to imagine navigating this—raising his brother's child—without Taehyung's steady presence. The very thought made his chest tighten.

"Uh-huh," Jimin groaned, pulled back to the present as Taehyung's arms wrapped around him tightly, squishing him like a stress ball.

"Yah, Taehyung, I can't breathe!" he huffed, though his voice carried more fondness than annoyance.
