CHAPTER THIRTY- FOUR

TRACY

"What are your plans for the night?" Andrew asked me as soon as we got out of the apartment building. I shivered from the biting winter weather that hit my nostrils and covered my nose with my palms. I should have worn gloves. I was so excited about Scarlett's sex life; I left the house without thinking.

I was surprised that he asked. He was the nicest to me among his friends, but I didn't think that he liked me. I thought he was only trying for Scarlett's sake.

"We would have been preparing for our holiday gigs by now, but we had to cancel all our shows because of Azalea, Savannah is probably shagging, Scarlett is probably about to be shagged or is shagging, and my brother is... well... shagging or with Azalea, and I already visited her earlier today, so you are my only option." He passed his hand through his cornrows.

"Oh," I responded lamely.

I thought he had a girlfriend and a billion acquaintances.

"Mmhm," He replied. "So, how about we find something fun to do."

"What about your girlfriend."

"Leigh- Anne?"

I was not good at reading expressions, but by the sour look on his face, I could tell that there was trouble in paradise. I nodded to his question.

"I think it was over before it even began. She was never my girlfriend."

His chauffeur parked right in front of us. The security immediately opened up the door for us to shuffle in and closed it lightly behind us.

"Where to Sir?" His chauffeur asked.

Andrew turned to look at me with raised brows.

"What?"

"Well, show me what you are made of. What made my darling bestie, whom you are trying to steal, by the way, like you so much."

I chuckled. "The only places I know are home and school."

He scrunched his nose. "Your social life is worse than Scarlett's. Take us home." He told the chauffeur.

"Wait, what about me?"

"Do you have anything better to do?"

I shook my head in confusion. "N-no..."

"Great. Neither do I. Let's get to know each other better at my place."

My eyes bulged.

"Not like that." He rolled his eyes.

His estate was not far from the Diamond apartment building. We arrived in 5 minutes. Rich people were so extra sometimes, we could have walked.

I was blown away by the intricate, yet magnificent décor. Black and dark blue themed furniture and décor with a touch of marble and wood accents were the perfect mix for their beautiful home. I could only hope to build something that magnificent one day. Fuck, I had missed out on so much.

As we made our way to his room, he began to talk.

"I have an almost photographic memory, you know."

I stared at his back nervously.

"Um-"

"I saw you last week. Well, I didn't see anything per se, but I saw Ezra leave a room at the party looking satiated, yet terrified, and not long after, you came out with a similar expression."
