The week dragged on for what felt like eternity. Whenever Kylo wasn't home, he'd send Vicrul over to watch over you. Kylo wanted to you to work from his place, but as the week dragged on, you felt almost bad for not being at work.

You had gone in every day to see Ben, with or without Kylo, you didn't mind. Kylo had told you he was going to be busy all week with work and lawyers. He came in a couple times with you to see Ben. It was good to see the brothers getting along, and it was good to see that Ben was getting his strength back. He wasn't on as many painkillers, and he was finally up and walking around.

The weather was finally starting to settle down. It wasn't snowing as hard and frequently anymore. You chose to put on a black pencil skirt and stockings underneath for extra warmth along with an emerald green blouse you had for a while but hardly ever wore. When you exited your bedroom, you spotted Kylo standing at the kitchen bench with a coffee mug pressed to his lips. He wore dark blue trousers and a crisp white shirt, but it wasn't done up yet. He turned to face you and you gazed at his almost bare torso.

"Where are you going?" He frowned as he took a sip of his coffee.

"Work," you said through a yawn. You stepped towards him and gently ran your fingers across his abdomen to his waist, humming as his skin warmed your cold hands.

"I want you to stay here so Vicrul can keep an eye on you," he mumbled into your hair as he placed his coffee mug down on the bench, wrapping his arms around you.

"I'll be fine, Kylo. I need to go to work. I haven't seen Ava in God knows how long." You said into his chest.

He sighed and pressed his lips against your forehead. "Sweetheart..."

"Kylo..." you teased him back, staring up at him. "I need to go back to work eventually. Besides, it's Friday. As nice as your place is, it's driving me insane being stuck here." You said.

His jaw tensed ever so slightly before he nodded. "Alright. But you call me or Vicrul if anything goes on." He said.

You nodded. "Yes sir," you said sarcastically.

He stifled a laugh. "I haven't heard that in a while." He said, bringing his hands down to your waist, his fingers squeezing you gently. "You should call me that more often."

"You used to make me when I first started working for you." You grumbled.

"Yeah, I was an asshole back then." He sighed.

You scoffed. "You still are." You teased.

"Rude." He purred, leaning down to press his lips against yours. You could taste the coffee on his tongue as well as the hint of cigarettes.

He had been smoking a little more than usual. You guessed he was stressed about everything. You rather him smoking than resorting back to drugs. The two of you didn't need to go through that again.

You kissed him back, running your fingers through his hair. His body completely enveloped your own as he pressed you into the bench. You could feel his erection against your abdomen, but neither of you had time for that right now.

He groaned against you as his tongue lapped over your own. You smiled and reached up, running your finger tips over his nipples. When he whimpered against your lips, you smiled and pulled away.

"I better get going." You smiled innocently as you turned to grab your things.

"Bitch," he scoffed before slapping your ass as you walked away from him.
