~Kaveh x Alhaitham one shots~

//Love potion (💗)//

Alhaitham's POV:
I was out exploring the desert. After all, it was quiet a big place with a lot of places just waiting to be discovered. And, the Akadamiya elected me to go to the desert and research. Though, it would be a researcher's job. Apparently, it was because all of the researcher's available to go had no visions.

So, since I was the only one in the Akademiya that could go, I just had to go. I had just finished exploring this weird domain. It was pink.. which was completely different from other domains I'd been to in the past. And all the monsters in here were.. rather scared of me, and didn't attack me whatsoever.

They seemed completely different from the other monsters all across Teyvat. I just couldn't find it normal that these monsters had no interest in hurting me. At the very end of this domain, there was a very strange pink bottle.

The pink bottle was filled with a pink liquid. It looked almost like a drink one would find at a cafe. I slowly opened up the bottle to examine it a bit more. It looked like it was safe to drink. So, I slowly opened up the lid, and slipped it into my mouth to see how it tasted.

Suddenly, a sharp pain spread all across my chest. The pain slowly spread, from my chest to my stomach, it was unbearable I was already crouching down due to the pain, but this caused me to fall onto the ground in a fetal position.

This was bad, if any of the monsters found me, they would be able to hurt me. I wouldn't be able to make it back. Everything was slowly turning black, I couldn't tell what was going on. And suddenly, everything turned black.

(Many many many hours later)
I slowly opened up my eyes to a bright white light. I quickly shut my eyes close again due to the bright light. All around me, I could hear voices. Some of the doctors were talking to someone. Someone who I recognized.

I opened my eyes quietly, hoping that a bright light wouldn't be in my face again. I didn't fully open my eyes, but I did see some blonde hair in front of me. "'He should fall in love with the first person he sees when he gets up." The doctor said.

"'Oh.. So, he can fall in love with me if I'm the first person he sees?" I realized that voice was Kaveh. "Yes. He would. The effects of this will only last for twenty four hours. " The doctor replied. I would fall in love with the first person I see? Well, I hope it isn't Kaveh. Well, technically I did see some of his hair, but I didn't feel anything towards him.

Well, maybe I did feel some feelings towards him that made me want to pull him close and cuddle him, but... that.. I can't even tell if it's love. I'm horrible at understanding emotions.

I opened my eyes fully again, and the first thing I saw was a beautiful man, with long blonde hair, and gorgeous ruby red eyes. His lips looked so soft, and his skin looked the same way.. he had a concerned expression on his face which ruined his beautiful complexion. It was Kaveh.. sheesh, since when did he start getting so hot?

"Kaveh.. have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" I told him. "Ah, it seems he woke up. Well, you were the first person he saw." The doctor said, pointing to the gorgeous man in front of me.

Kaveh's POV:
Wait.. he looked at me first?! "Wait.. SO, HE'S IN LOVE WITH ME?!" I yelled, immediately turning my attention towards the doctor to see what he would say. "Yes. He is in love with you. His heart rate has increased dramatically as soon as he opened his eyes. So, he is indeed in love with you." The doctor said, confirming the fact that Alhaitham was truly in love with me.

No. He wasn't truly in love with me. And he never will be. Alhaitham's an intelligent man, he doesn't even care about emotions. The only thing he doesn't understand are emotions. So, how could he develop them for me in under a minute? It was impossible.

"How did he even get like this?" I asked the doctor. Because, I truly had no idea of how Alhaitham had gotten like this. I just heard that some people from The Akademiya went to the same domain Alhaitham went to as Alhaitham hadn't come back for a long time.

"He drank a love potion that was hidden within the domain "Palace of Hiya formula" (NOT A REAL DOMAIN IN SUMERU-) Thus, making him unconscious and fall into this position."

Huh.. that's what happened. "Ok. Thank you! I'll take Alhaitham home." I said, trying not to sound to happy. This was exciting. I could finally cuddle Alhaitham in my arms without him yelling at me.

I took him home, and placed him down on the couch. "Does anything hurt?" I asked Alhaitham as I wrapped a blanket around him. "No, but if it did, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt as much as when you fell from heaven..." Alhaitham said, giving me a lovey-dovey look.

I sigh and look away. This is going to be hard. It was going to be hard living in a fake scenario where the man I've been in love with for so long pretends to love me without knowing.

Before I could tell him anything, I felt a hard yet soft hand wrap itself around my waist and pull me close. "Alhaitham.." I whispered under my breath as he ruffled my hair quietly, not saying anything as if he were comforting me and telling me he actually loved me.

I wrapped my hands around him. Even though it was as if he were an illusion. "I love you~" He said, flirtatiously. I knew this wasn't real, so why was I blushing?! "I love you too.." I said, surprised those words actually slipped out of my mouth.

He kept on saying loving things to me, which I couldn't believe he was actually saying to me. He would never say this if he were in his right mind. But, of course I played along to everything he said. It was almost midnight.

I wanted to go to sleep in my comfortable bed, but here this cute guy was flirting with me happily even when he started getting sleepy and tired. I couldn't help but blush at what he was saying to me. I know this isn't real. He wouldn't love me. He never will.

I'm just some broke architect that technically owns half of his house. So, of course he took me in. I wanted for him to truly love me. I wanted for him to kiss me and tell me he wanted to be more than just roommates.

(THIS PART IS A LITTLE INSPIRED BY @runawaybutterfly THEY WROTE ONE OF MY FAV KAVETHAM FICS, SO GO READ IT!!)

"Kaveh.." Alhaitham started, almost as if he were questioning me. "Hm? What is it Alhaitham?" I asked him, confused of what he possible could want in this state.
"The moon looks beautiful tonight, doesn't it?" He said, smiling at me though he was half-asleep.

"Wha..wait..what do you mean?!" I yelled. Of course I knew the meaning of "The moon looks beautiful tonight" it was a phrase that basically said "I love you!" HOW DID HE EVER FIND OUT ABOUT IT?!

He just stayed quiet in my arms, slowly falling asleep. Blush spread all across my face. What the heck was going on?! I slowly pulled him away from my shoulder, and placed him fully on my lap.

His eyes were shut closed, and he seemed to be smiling even though he was asleep. He looked so adorable. I wanted to kiss him. But, if I did.. how would he ever react?! But.. how would he even find out?

I slowly moved closer to him, hesitating a little to kiss him on the lips. His lips looked so soft and perfect. Both bottom and top were perfectly colored, I couldn't help but smile to myself at how beautiful this man was.

I moved closer to him, finally pressing my lips against his. It was quick and fast, I didn't want him waking up and finding him kissing me. I slowly pushed myself away, blushing a deep shade of red.

I hugged him tight, feeling sleepy myself. I never wanted to let him go, I wanted to hold on forever and never let go of him, regardless of what happens. I really did love him.
