(OK. SO IK ALGAYTHAM'S BIRTHDAY PASSED A LONG ASS TIME AGO, BUT LIKE DO Y'ALL WANT ME TO MAKE A BIRTHDAY ONE SHOT FOR HIM? ALSO, WARNING, KINDA LONG<3)
Alhaitham's POV:
"I SWEAR TO THE ARCHONS, YOU DON'T EVEN SMILE AROUND ME ANYMORE. I THOUGHT I MADE YOU HAPPY?!" Kaveh screamed, tears rolling down his face. "'WHAT DO YOU MEAN I DON'T SMILE AROUND YOU ANYMORE?! I LOVE YOU! YES, I DON'T SMILE AROUND YOU A LOT, BUT THAT'S BECAUSE I FVCKING CAN'T. YOU MAKE ME SO PISSED, AND YOU WANT ME TO SMILE THROUGH IT?!" I yelled back, as I felt my own tears threaten to spill.

"'YOU LOVE ME?! HAH! YOU LOVE ME? YOU ALWAYS SMILE AROUND LUMINE, BUT YOU NEVER SMILE AROUND ME. SHE ALWAYS BLUSHES WHENEVER YOU'RE AROUND, AND YOU ALWAYS JUST GO WITH IT." Kaveh yelled to me, his voice falling apart.

"'ADMIT IT. YOU LIKE HER! YOU DON'T LOVE ME ANYMORE. YOU LOVE HER." Kaveh said, gasping and gagging for air in between. He looked like a mess. For some reason, amidst the anger I felt all through out me.. I felt terrible. I felt terrible seeing him cry and yell at me like that.

I never wanted him to feel I didn't love him anymore. I loved him more than anything. "'KAVEH, LISTEN TO ME. I'M SMILING AROUND LUMINE, BECAUSE OF YOU. I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU!" Kaveh looked so betrayed. He looked so heartbroken and upset. "'I- I want to believe you. But, I know that I can't, Alhaitham. You never smile at me anymore. You always argue with me. Do you even love me anymore?" I felt my heart sting, and my tears spill from my eyes.

"'I do. I really really do. I really love seeing you smile, Kaveh. I love you." Kaveh looked down as he cried even more. "If you do.. then why don't you hug me anymore? Why- why don't you hold me tight before I sleep anymore?.. why- why-" Kaveh's voice cracked as it slowly fell apart. He gasped for air over and over, and I wanted to pull him close and never let him go.

Was I that bad at showing him that I loved him?.. "Please.. Kaveh, give me some more time, I promise.. I'll try.. I'll try my hardest to show you how much I love you." Kaveh's fists balled up at his sides as he looked up from his tears and glared at me through his tears. "'How much longer?.. I've given you years, so many years upon years. I.. I just can't anymore." He dug into his pockets for something, and threw his keys on the floor.

I never knew that those silly little lion keys of his would one day make my heart break by seeing it on the floor. "'Kaveh.. KAVEH!" I yelled, hoping- praying that he wouldn't leave me. I remember this promise that he made to me the day we first got together.

Flashback:
"Love?" Kaveh asked me as he looked up at me from my chest. And looked down at him from my book, and gave him a sweet smile. "'Yes, my darling?" I said as I ruffled his hair a bit, seeing the saddened expression on his face.

"'It's just.. if we ever get into a fight, could you.. could you please.. forgive me? I promise, I'll always forgive you." His tone sounded sad and fragile. I kissed his forehead out of reassurance, and wrapped my arms tighter around him.

"Of course, my darling. I love you so much.. I wouldn't ever be able to not forgive you." Kaveh gave me a sweet smile, and gave me a kiss on my nose. "I love you.. I love you so much." He said, before nuzzling into my neck. "'you're so cute..." I said in my head. But, out loud, I kissed his forehead, and hugged him tightly.

Suddenly, the image of our future wedding appeared into my mind. The wedding rings would be ringing in the background, all of our friends and family would be talking and laughing together, and he would walk into the room in a pretty white suit.

Nilou, who had once asked us teasingly to be our flower girl would come into the room, throwing flowers across the ground as my beautiful future husband would walk in. I would stare at him, and he would stare back at me and give me a small wink. That would make me blush. He would giggle a little, and that would still make me blush.
