~Kaveh x Alhaitham one shots~

Nobody's POV:
Kaveh was currently sobbing behind his door. Alhaitham had nothing to do with it.. well, maybe he did have something to do with it. Kaveh was upset because he thought that Alhaitham would never like him back. Alhaitham was so cruel to him, yet Kaveh was head over heels for him. Perhaps it was because they used to be best friends.

But, Kaveh didn't know. Alhaitham never listened to him, Alhaitham never even considered Kaveh's feelings. Or that's what Kaveh thought. Alhaitham had always listened to Kaveh. Alhaitham didn't know how to express his feelings. So, he would always act like he didn't care. Of course, due to how good of an actor Alhaitham was, Kaveh believed it.

Alhaitham wasn't home from work yet. So, Kaveh wasn't to worried that Alhaitham would hear him. He sniffed and gasped in the middle. He could barely breath. He was so heart broken. Because, realization finally hit him that Alhaitham didn't like him back. Suddenly, Kaveh heard the door click and open. "Oh no, Oh no, Oh no, Oh no, Oh, no, Oh no, Oh no..." Kaveh repeated in his head.

He tried to catch his breath by gasping again and again and again. But, it would never work out. He couldn't breathe. It was like he was choking on his own tears. "Kaveh?" Alhaitham's confused voice echoed throughout the halls of their house. Kaveh hit his face to stop himself from crying. But, he couldn't. He just couldn't stop crying.

Kaveh heard knocks coming from the other side of the door. "Kaveh.. can I come in?" Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no. Had Alhaitham heard him? "I'm not mad or anything, I just want to know what's happening behind there." Kaveh cleared his throat, trying his best to sound like he hadn't cried as hard as he could. "I'am- I'am fine! I-it's all o-ok!" Kaveh said, sniffing after he finished.

"You don't sound fine, Kaveh." Alhaitham said, his tone completely neutral. It was next to impossible to figure out the emotion he was feeling towards Kaveh at the moment. Kaveh sighed, and moved a bit away from the door. Alhaitham saw his shadow move away from the door. Alhaitham opened up the door, not saying a single word.

Kaveh looked away from Alhaitham, he didn't want Alhaitham to know that he had been crying. Alhaitham quietly approached Kaveh, Alhaitham was not so good at comforting people, but he didn't want Kaveh to be upset. He wanted Kaveh to know that he cared. So, Alhaitham leaned down, and wrapped his arms around Kaveh's chest.

Kaveh gasped out of surprised. "Huh-?" Alhaitham placed his chin on Kaveh's shoulder, making them officially be in a spooning position. "Shhh... It's going to be ok. You're not alone anymore, Kaveh. I know I act like I hate you, but, I swear that I really do not." Alhaitham's hands we're still wrapped around Kaveh's chest.

Kaveh held Alhaitham's right hand tightly. He was so.. so.. he couldn't put it in any words. "'Shh..." Alhaitham comfortingly said. Alhaitham took off his cape, and wrapped it around Kaveh's back, hoping that it would make him feel warmer. Kaveh could feel a bit of red spread across his face.

Kaveh spun around and jumped into Alhaitham's hands, because he really just needed someone or something or ANYTHING to hold onto. Alhaitham was shocked for a moment. Before he finally grasped control of his own body, and wrapped his arms around Kaveh.

Alhaitham's warm touch made Kaveh feel so comfortable. Alhaitham ruffled Kaveh's hair, trying to be sure that he didn't mess it up. "'Kaveh.. I'm so sorry..." Alhaitham whispered quietly, still not sure if it was his fault that Kaveh was in this state or not.

"N-No.. it-it's not you..your fau-fault.." Kaveh said between sobs. Alhaitham continued ruffling Kaveh's hair, making Kaveh slowly smile. "Alhaitham.. I-I lov- love you.." Kaveh whispered quietly. Alhaitham's (face) cheeks became bright red.

"Wha- What?" Alhaitham asked, confused still hugging Kaveh. "'I- I- love- love you.." Alhaitham blushed even more. "'I love.. you too, Kaveh.. I know I never acted like I loved you, but I do. I really do love you." Kaveh let go of the hug for a moment. "Can I.. ki-kiss y-you?" Kaveh asked. "Yes." Alhaitham said, pulling Kaveh close, smashing their lips together. Kaveh's last tears slowly slid down his face, before he melted into their sweet kiss.
