Nobody's POV:
Kaveh could barely do it anymore. He always kept a cute smile on his face, and only happy words came out of his mouth. But once he returned home, he realized that nobody would be watching him there.

He could let out his true feelings. He could cry as much as he needed too. He ran to his room as fast as he could, and shut the door behind him. And to make things worse, Alhaitham barely payed attention to him anymore.

Of course, Alhaitham took the permanent job of The Grand Sage just to try it out, see if it worked for him. And with his job, he was always stuck at work. Lots and lots of paperwork always had to be done, and there was always requests to be done.

Even right now, Alhaitham was at work. Kaveh hated it. Kaveh just wanted his boyfriend. His boyfriend to hold him tight and kiss him. Comfort him through the tears, and tell him that he didn't have to wear that mask around him.

More and more tears rolled out of his eyes, how many more would come out? How much longer would he cry? Would he come home and find him crying? No, he wouldn't. Kaveh would make sure to shut his tears down before Alhaitham came home.

Even though it felt so lonely without him, even though the world felt so empty without him, he knew that once he came home everything would be fine. Yes. Everything would be fine. Kaveh could break down and get it all out of him, and keep up his mask when Alhaitham's home.

Yes, everything would be fine. Suddenly, he heard a click sound at the front of their house. All of a sudden, a huge surge of panic waved over Kaveh. He heard footsteps, and he was afraid his heart would explode from his chest.

"K-Kaveh..? Is everything ok in there?" He heard Alhaitham's deep voice. '"Oh my god, oh my god, breathe, breathe!" Kaveh kept telling himself, trying to get in control of himself again. "Kaveh.. please, you're worrying me." Alhaitham whispered against the door as his own voice cracked.

Why was he crying now? It was all his fault. All his fault. If he could keep his mask on, everything would've been better. "P-please.. don't open the door.." Kaveh somehow managed to scream out, loud enough for Alhaitham to hear. Kaveh cried more and more, trying to wipe his face multiple times with his sleeve.

Alhaitham did open the door. "P-PLEASE.. DON'T TURN ON THE LIGHT.. D-DON'T LOOK AT ME!" Kaveh yelled, panic wavering his voice. Alhaitham didn't make a noise. He didn't even make a sound as he walked closer to Kaveh.

He could see Kaveh. He could see his silhouette, but he didn't say a thing. Kaveh kept backing away from him, as if he could see him. "ST-STAY AWAY- PL-PLEASE!" Alhaitham wrapped his arms around Kaveh, to get him to stop moving.

"ALHAITHAM?!" Kaveh screamed through his tears. "K-Kaveh.. shh.. I'm here now. I'm here. I'm not going anywhere. I'm so sorry.." Alhaitham whispered lovingly as he held his own tears in. Kaveh hugged his boyfriend back as tight as he could.

"Al..Alhaitham.." Kaveh stuttered out in between sobs. All of the pain slowly came bursting out of him as he rested in his boyfriend's arms. "I-I'm so-sorry I- I- I didn't me-mean for you to- to see me like this.." he shook in Alhaitham's strong arms, holding on tight to his shirt.

"Kaveh.. do- don't ap-apologize.. please.. It's going to be ok, I promise... whatever you're crying ab-about, it's going to get better. I swear. I-I'll be here, to help you through it all. Y-you're not alone anymore. You have me now." Alhaitham whispered quietly into Kaveh's ear, trying to get Kaveh to feel more comfortable, and to feel better enough to stop crying.

He hated it when Kaveh cried. He hated it when Kaveh blamed himself for so many things. He hated when Kaveh would feel like everything was his fault. It wasn't. It never was, at least not to Alhaitham.

Alhaitham saw Kaveh as the personification of perfect. He felt like it was a miracle that Kaveh loved him. But for Kaveh, Kaveh felt like Alhaitham was the most perfect man. Alhaitham was the man of his dreams.

Alhaitham was strong, muscular, protective, intelligent, and had a kind heart that was only visible once you got past his cold outlook. Kaveh didn't want to make Alhaitham feel like this. He didn't Alhaitham to take care of him like this.

He didn't want Alhaitham to worry for him, for Alhaitham to cry about him. For Alhaitham to feel any kind of worry towards him. He didn't want any of that. He desperately didn't want Alhaitham to worry. But Alhaitham did start to worry. And Kaveh felt horrible because of it.

After some time, Kaveh began to slow his tears, and Alhaitham was helping very much with that. Alhaitham hugging Kaveh tight and kissing him made the architect feel a billion times better.

Kaveh hugged Alhaitham as tight as he could, and enjoyed finally getting his attention and love again. "I love you, Kaveh.. I swear I always have. Ever since the day we met, I always knew you had something special about you. And that was just how much love I felt for you. I'm sorry for all of the time that I left you alone. I'm going to take care of you so much more from now on, trust me, my love." Alhaitham said with a loving tone as he held Kaveh tight.

Kaveh's eyes filled with tears again. Alhaitham was being so sweet and kind to him at the moment, and he was giving it his all to be there for him. Kaveh returned Alhaitham's sweet smile, and looked into Alhaitham's gorgeous eyes.

"I love you too, Alhaitham. You're the best boyfriend I could've ever asked for." Kaveh said as he closed the gap in between them, connecting their lips together. It felt like a dream to kiss him again.

To feel the warmth of his soft lips that had no cracks.. his lips tasted just like vanilla to Kaveh. Alhaitham was so glad he could kiss Kaveh again. All of the papers he had to work on, how much it hurt his hands.. it felt like everything was healing just from that kiss.

Both of them enjoyed the kiss for a little bit longer, enjoying the sweet taste that was being accumulated between them. They both enjoyed the sweet warmth they radiated to the other, making the both of them feel as if fate was real.

"You don't have to act in front of me anymore. You can act just as you want to in front of me. You can cry, laugh, or do anything in front of me. I love you so much." Alhaitham said as he wrapped Kaveh up tighter in his arms.

Kaveh hummed from happiness, and nodded onto Alhaitham's shoulder. Their love felt so surreal, like it was the best feeling ever. Well, it was the best feeling ever to the both of them. "I'm so proud of you, Kaveh. You know that? You make beautiful buildings and blueprints from your bare hands, and you have beauty and brain.. you also have excitement and kindness, and you have the most wonderful personality out of everyone I met." Everything Alhaitham was saying made Kaveh tear up again for the hundredth time.

"I'm proud of you too, Alhaitham. You're finally expressing your true feelings, and you've become a better and kinder person. You've improved with your kindness, and you've improved with everything. You're the best boyfriend ever.. and I'm so glad I get to have you." Kaveh snuggled against Alhaitham side as they continued sharing cute words to each other, and kissing each other.

The both of them pulled away for a second, both of them having the same idea in their minds. To kiss each other. Kaveh pulled him closer, and Alhaitham wrapped his arms around Kaveh's waist.

Kaveh laid back against the bed Alhaitham had moved them onto. Alhaitham was now on top of Kaveh, the cute mood in the air remaining. Alhaitham moved closer slowly, and kissed his lips. Now was the time where they were going to kiss each other like it was the last time they would. They loved each other so much.
