HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!<33 I hope you guys have a Valentine, and if you don't, I hope you still get to celebrate Valentine's Day<3
Nobody's POV:
Alhaitham and Kaveh just met up with Cyno and Tighnari for a few drinks at the tavern, and also to play TCG with each other. Of course, Kaveh drank a lot, and ended up becoming a drunk mess. And of course, his roommate had to bring him home.

And so, Alhaitham had to take him home in the middle of the freezing cold Sumeru night. Because it was freezing cold, Alhaitham held Kaveh closer to his chest as he walked. Kaveh was so warm, and Alhaitham didn't even know why. Perhaps it was because he always took showers in hot water? Whatever the case, Kaveh made Alhaitham's heart pound, and turn his skin more red and warm.

Alhaitham didn't get this feeling. It was quite ironic, because he understood everything. He understood every single concept there was in the world, every single equation, he could solve within minutes. Each and every single one of his opponents, he could understand their strategy immediately and kill them all within a few minutes.

But, when it came to this feeling, Alhaitham didn't even know what to do. Alhaitham didn't know how to comprehend it, and it wouldn't go into his brain. The same thing went for Kaveh. But, Kaveh understood what the feeling was. He knew that he was in love with Alhaitham. He knew why his heart felt so explosive in his chest whenever Alhaitham just took a single glance at him.

He had been feeling that way for so long, and he never wanted to confess to Alhaitham. Ever since they were young, Alhaitham had always been Kaveh's favorite person, and he had a huge soft spot for Alhaitham. Kaveh had always treasured Alhaitham more than anything, and wanted to be his for the longest amount of time. But, the reason he could never speak his true feelings is because of the fact that he treasured Alhaitham so much.

If Alhaitham did not feel like he did, then their friendship would fall apart. And they would never be able to talk normally again, which is why Kaveh never wanted to tell Alhaitham. Maybe, tonight would change things.

To Kaveh, everything felt new and vibrant, and when he looked up at Alhaitham, he saw the most beautiful man he had ever seen in his entire life. He knew that Alhaitham was supposed to be the person he hates, but, the feelings buried deep inside his heart slowly seeped out, finally breaking free. "'Alhaithammm~" Kaveh moaned out as he tried to speak normally, his words slurring together as he spoke.

"Shhh.. Kaveh, you had too much to drink. Just don't talk for a while." The gray haired man responded, holding in his urge to kiss Kaveh. Kaveh laughed a bit, and nuzzled his blond hair against Alhaitham. "Ohh.. but you're so hot and pretty... how am I not supposed to tell you..? I can't even stop myself from staring at you..."

Alhaitham's self-control was slowly leaving him as Kaveh talked more and more about how gorgeous and amazing Alhaitham was. He wanted to tell Kaveh that he was even better and even more amazing. He wanted to kiss Kaveh to shut him up, and to see him flustered. Kaveh was so gorgeous, and Alhaitham's heart was beating so much faster than it usually would, because Kaveh was the one laying in his arms.

"'Alhaitham.. I love youuu..." the blonde said as he looked up at him, blushing even more red than he was before. Alhaitham's (face)cheeks burned. "Kaveh... I- I love you too, but you're drunk." Alhaitham realized that what Kaveh had told him was probably not real. Because, Kaveh was drunk. Whenever you're drunk, you're intoxicated, and put into a transe you usually never would be in.

This wasn't real, Kaveh was just saying this in the heat of the moment. But, the saying "'with wine comes truth" stayed at the very back of Alhaitham's mind. Buried deep inside of it. He couldn't help but think that, maybe, this could be real. That maybe, Kaveh did love him, Kaveh did want to date him.  He loved him, but.. could he be sure that the blonde loved him too?

"'Alhaitham.. I'm being serious, I love you." Kaveh said, suddenly sounding sober. "'Rea-really?" Alhaitham stuttered a bit as he spoke. Alhaitham couldn't believe it. "'Alhaitham, I really do love you. I've loved you ever since I met you." His words no longer slurred together as he spoke. Alhaitham's face turned tomato red. "'Kaveh... I- I love you too.. but.. I.. how can you love me?" Alhaitham asked, still in disbelief that he loved him.

Kaveh laughed. "I would have to be an idiot not to love you." The older man replied, his eyes filling with a sweet romantic look. Alhaitham's blush increased with every moment that went by. "What..? Don't think that it's easy for me to love you?" Kaveh asked, still giving Alhaitham a sweet smile. The gray haired man stared down at the beautiful architect in his arms. "'I.. no.. especially because of the way I act towards you.."

Kaveh laughed again, that beautiful sound filling Alhaitham's ears. Alhaitham turned more red. "We used to be best friends.. it's hard to forget those amazing days I had with you. I suppose those days made me fall for you. And not only that, but when you invited me to live with you.. I could tell you still really cared for me. And, that's what made my heart pound even more around you. And even though we argue a lot.. I could never stop being thankful to you."

Alhaitham's blush increased, and so did Kaveh's. "I... K-Kaveh... I really love you too.. you're the prettiest man I've ever met, and not only that but, I love everything about you. The way you talk, the way you do your hair, the way you smile, I.. I can't stop my heart from pounding when you're there." Kaveh's blush increased as he hugged Alhaitham even tighter.

After a few seconds, they finally arrived home. Alhaitham took out his keys, and unlocked the door. Kaveh was still laying in his arms, so he had to be careful as to not accidentally hurt him. As soon as they walked into the house, Kaveh said something else in reply. "Alhaitham.. I want to ask you something." Alhaitham looked down at Kaveh with curiosity. "'I.. Can you.. could you- do you want to be.. my boyfriend?" Kaveh immediately covered his mouth after he said it.

"Yes. Of course I do... I've always wanted you..." Kaveh smiled in such a way that Alhaitham really wanted to kiss him. Kaveh wrapped his arms around Alhaitham's neck, moving closer to him. "Ka..Kaveh?.." Kaveh's smile remained on his face, and it made Alhaitham blush so much more. "Could I...?" Kaveh said, the red tint on his face becoming even more intense.

"'Yes.. yes please.." Alhaitham's tone was laced with a sweet edge as he imagined all of his dreams about kissing Kaveh finally coming true. Kaveh speedily leaned in to kiss Alhaitham, and connected their lips. "Mmmhhhmmm..." Alhaitham hummed into the kiss, all of the coldness from his body leaving him. It felt just like his dreams. Kaveh's sweet and tender lips were cared for, there were no cracks or bumps staying there uninvited. Kaveh, on the other hand, thought that Alhaitham's lips were soft, yet so cold. He wanted to warm them so he could feel Alhaitham's lips when they were warm.

Sweet. Sweet was the perfect word that the both of them would use to describe the kiss. It was like the both of them were addicted to kissing the other, so they continued kissing more and more, until their lungs ran out of air. Both of them FINALLY let go, panting for air while blushing. "'Ha..Hayi..." Alhaitham smiled. Oh my gosh. HE SMILED. Kaveh's face was dusted with even more blush. Kaveh hadn't seen him smile in over a decade.

"'You're a really good kisser, princess." This made Kaveh even more flustered. "'PRINCESS??! Where did princess even come from?!" Alhaitham chuckled, maybe a bit seductively to make Kaveh even more flustered. His plan easily worked. "WAHHH! HAYI! STOP MAKING ME SO FLUSTERED ON PURPOSE!" He covered his face to hide the blush.

"Don't cover your face, I want to look at your pretty face some more.." Kaveh became EVEN MORE flustered. "'YOU-YOU!!-" before Kaveh could finish, Alhaitham took both hands off his face, and stared straight into his eyes with the most romantic look Kaveh had ever seen.

"Kaveh, I love you." Alhaitham whispered, staring at Kaveh's gorgeous ruby red eyes. "'I.. Hayi, I love you too." Kaveh said in a normal volume. Alhaitham pulled Kaveh close, laying Kaveh down on his chest. Alhaitham ruffled Kaveh's hair, while Kaveh giggled a bit.

"'You're so amazing.." Alhaitham muttered quietly. But, only loud enough that Kaveh could hear it. "Says you!" Kaveh exclaimed, hugging Alhaitham even tighter. Kaveh just knew Alhaitham was smiling. "'I love you.." Kaveh said, before he dozed off. "'I love you too, princess." Alhaitham said as he ruffled Kaveh's hair.
