3rd Person POV
After last night's events the one-on-one rounds were cancelled for the night and were scheduled for the next day. Yang had been taken to her team's dorm and was disqualified from the tournament. All of Team RWBY was currently sitting down on their beds while General Ironwood was explaining the situation.
Ironwood: I'm sorry, but you've left us with no choice.
Yang: But he attacked me!!!
Ironwood: Video footage and millions of viewers say otherwise.
Weiss: But Yang would never do that!
Ruby: Yeah!
Ironwood sighed before looking at the girls.
Ironwood: You all seem like good students, and the staff at Beacon are fully aware that you would never lash out the way you did... under normal circumstances. But I believe and hope this to be is nothing more than the result of stress and adrenaline. When you're out on the battlefield, your judgement can be clouded in an instant. Sometimes you see things that simply aren't there. Even after the fight has passed.
Yang: But I was-!!!
Ironwood: That's enough!! The sad truth is, whether it was an accident, or an assault... it doesn't matter. The world saw you attack an innocent student, they've already drawn their own conclusions. And it's my job to inform you that... you're disqualified.
All of Team RWBY looked down sadly as Ironwood exited their dorm. Yang sat there not saying a word until she looked over at her teammates.
Yang: You guys believe me... Right?
Ruby: Duh!
Weiss: You're hot headed, but not ruthless.
Everyone then looked at Blake who hasn't said anything since they all went to their dorm last night.
Yang: Blake?
Blake looked at Yang not saying anything before giving her a smile.
Blake: Of course, I do. Like Weiss said, you're hot headed, but I know you wouldn't do something that stupid, especially in front of everyone without a very good reason. Like somebody cutting your hair.
Everyone laughed a little and Yang looked at her sister and teammates happily. Knowing that they had her back.
Yang: I think I'm going to rest a little, last night really messed me up.
All of her teammates got up from the beds.
Blake: We'll get out of your hair.
Blake, Weiss, and Ruby then exited their dorm. As they did, they saw (Y/N) leaning on the wall next to two destroyed robots. (Y/N) looked over at them.
(Y/N): Is she ok?
Ruby: She's still a little shaken up from the whole thing, but she'll pull through.
(Y/N): That's good.
Weiss: God I hope this mess passes by.
They then heard the door to team JNPR's dorm open. They looked over and saw them all worried.
Jaune: Is she ok?
Blake: She's doing the best she can, but she'll pull through.
Ruby: I heard that Mercury and his team went back to Haven so they could be with his family. So, until they land, no one can really question him about what happened.
Ren: If there's anything we can do. Please don't hesitate to ask.
Nora: Well then, that only leaves on thing left for us to do. PYRRHA!!!!
