Chapter 67

(Y/N) slowly opened his eyes as he looked over to his right and saw Blake sleeping peacefully. He grabbed his scroll from the table next to their bed and looked at the time, seeing it was 3:30am. He sighed before getting up and from the bed. He then made his suit appear around him as he then made his way to the Hangar. 

Ruby could be seen putting on her cape as she then picked up her crescent rose. She looked at her sleeping sister, and at Weiss before walking out of the room towards the hangar. As Ruby walked towards the Hangar, she failed to notice someone looking at her from behind a corner. Once Ruby turned a corner, the person made sure to quickly follow her. 

Ruby eventually arrived at the Hangar and saw Ozpin waiting for her, while (Y/N) was shown leaning on the airship. Ruby quickly walked up to the both of them. As she did, she and (Y/N) gave each other a small nod.

Ozpin: Are the both of you ready? 

Ruby and (Y/N): Yes.

Ozpin: Then let us be off. 

The three of them then made their way into the airship while someone watched them from behind a few crates. The person then stepped out of their hiding spot, revealing it was Penny who had been following them. 

Penny: Ruby.... (Y/N).... I should go warn everyone else. 

Penny quickly ran towards everyone else's room. Meanwhile, the airship Ruby and (Y/N) were in landed on the ground. The doors then opened and Ruby and (Y/N) made their way out of the airship with Ozpin following them. 

Oscar: (Is this a good idea?)

Ozpin: (I... honestly don't what to tell you.)

Ruby and (Y/N) then walked forward before turning around and going in opposite directions. Back in Atlas, Yang and Weiss were seen sleeping on their beds before being woken up by loud bangs on their door. Yang and Weiss groaned as the two sat up. 

Yang: What now?

Weiss got up from her bed and went to open the door. Once she did, she saw a worried Penny.

Weiss: Penny? What's wrong?

Penny: It's Ruby and (Y/N)! The two of them are going to fight!

Yang: What!?!?

Yang and Weiss looked at one another with wide eyes before quickly going to get dressed, while Penny went to wake everyone else up. However, as Penny was knocking on everyone's door. Ironwood could be seen looking at her through the cameras in the hallway with a saddened look. However, he composed himself and began to make his way to the Hangar. 

Back with Ruby and (Y/N), the two stopped walking and turned around. The both of them stood a couple of yards away from one another. Ruby's silver eye began to shine brightly as she was surrounded by a white aura, while (Y/N) began to surround himself in a golden aura. Ruby then grabbed her crescent rose and got in a stance. (Y/N) also got in a battle stance as the air around them began to pick up. 

Back in Atlas, Blake could be seen running towards the Hangar with a worried look as everyone else followed her. 

Blake: (What are they doing!?)

As they all entered the hangar, they all went to the nearest airships, however, as they were about to board them the doors closed. Not only that, but an emergency shield appeared near the exits, blocking any airships from possibly leaving. 

Jaune: What the!?

Nora: What's happening!?

Ironwood: I'm sorry.
