It was a new day in Atlas, everyone could be seen waking up and getting ready for the day. One of them being Oscar who was currently walking towards the Hangar.

Oscar: Why am I going on a mission? Aren't we going to practice in the training room?
Ozpin: (True, but that doesn't mean you should get rusty when it comes to actually fighting an opponent. Experience is one of life's best teachers.)
Oscar: (Chuckles) Can't argue with that.
As Oscar entered the Hangar, he saw all of Team JNPR waiting next to an airship. Oscar smiled and walked over to them.
Oscar: Hey guys!
Jaune: Hey, Oscar!
Ren: You ready for our mission?
Oscar: (rubs the back of his head) I hope so. Ever since we got to Atlas, Ozpin and Ironwood have been training me. With (Y/N) occasionally joining in.
Pyrrha: You've had your work cut out for you huh?
Oscar: Yeah. Ozpin says going on actual missions now will help teach me more. Speaking of which, what is our mission?
Jaune took out his scroll and pushed a few buttons on it. Suddenly, a hologram of their mission appeared.
Jaune: We're in charge of ensuring a train gets to Amity tower.
Nora: It carries all sorts of stuff. Such as dust.... and all sorts of other stuff!
Ren chuckled causing Nora to pout and glare at him. Oscar also let out a small laugh before looking at Jaune.
Oscar: So, when do we start?
Jaune: Right now. All a board. We've got a train to catch.
Everyone then made their way into the airship and headed towards their mission. Elsewhere, Penny was seen looking at her scroll with a worried look. She had been trying to call her dad for the past few days, but never got a response. All she got were some messages from "him" saying he was busy with another project, and that he wouldn't be available. She has just sent him a message asking if he was ok.
Penny: (Sighs) What could he be working on?
Ruby: Penny!
Penny turned around and saw Ruby running up to her with a smile on her face. Penny smiled back.
Penny: Ruby!!!
Penny then tackled Ruby and hugged her tightly, causing Ruby to groan in pain.
Ruby: Ouch.
Penny then helped Ruby up.
Penny: Good morning, Ruby!!!
Ruby: G-good morning, Penny.
Ruby said as she rubbed her arm.
Penny: How are you?
Ruby: Oh, you know, just walking around till my mission later on in the day. Me and Weiss are going to be partnered up.
