3rd Person POV
(This chapter takes place in the same day as the last chapter)
Raven sat in her tent trying to meditate. However, her thoughts kept going back to her talk with Yang and her friend. Suddenly, Vernal walked into her tent with a serious expression on her face.
Vernal: Raven! We have a problem!!!
Raven: What is it?
Vernal: Salem's found us.
Raven grew shocked at the news. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before getting up.
Raven: Salem...... Very well. How many of her followers came to do her bidding?
Vernal: There's five of them. They want to speak with you.
Raven: Right. We've planned for this. (Looks at Vernal) Bring me my helmet.
Vernal nods. A few minutes later, Roman, Cinder, Neo, Mercury and Watts are seen standing in front of Raven's tent while a few of the bandits looked at them all with glares. Some holding having their hands near their weapons, just in case something wrong.
Salem's followers then saw Raven walk out of her tent with her mask on.
Raven: I don't recall ever inviting so many unwanted guests into my home. I'm either losing my memory. (Looks at her bandits) Or you've all lost your damn spines!!!
Cinder: Don't be too upset with them Raven. Your bandits simply recognized the power of a maiden when they see it. Which is why we would like to have a word with you.
Raven looked at all the bandits.
Raven: Leave us! Pack your things, then break down camp! We're moving!
The bandits nodded and went to follow Raven's orders.
Watts: A little too late to run and hide I'm afraid. You've been on our master's list for quite some time. You must understand that we can't just let you run away. Not after finally finding you.
Raven glared at him from her mask as she walked down the stairs to her tent.
Raven: I know all about your master. But I don't believe we've met.
Roman: Well, if you must know. We're the guys you have to be afraid of...... besides Mercury. He's just a stowaway we found.
Mercury glared at Roman and was about to punch him until Neo stopped him with her umbrella. Mercury glared at Neo who smiled happily at him. Cinder just sighed and glared at the trio.
Cinder: Enough! (Looks back at Raven) I suppose introductions are in order. My name is Cinder Fall. The man to my right is Arthur Watts, and the other is Roman Torchwick. As for the other two, Neo Politan, and Mercury Black.
Raven: Two children you've tricked into following you. A criminal who thinks he's all that. A disgraced Atlesian scientist. And a Fall maiden with a surname so appropriate she probably picked it herself. (Chuckles) Something tells me you have a slight case of ego mania. Was that about, right?
Neo and Mercury just huffed and looked away.
Roman: Yeah, that pretty much sums us all up. However, I would like to point out that I made quite the crime organization back in Atlas.
Mercury: That got destroyed last night, which made you so depressed that you were sulking in the wall for over three hours.
Roman looked down at the floor as Neo patted him on the back.
