Weiss and Winter could be seen in the training room as they made their summons fight one another. Weiss' Arma Gigas and Winter's Beowolf charged at one another. The Arma Gigas swung its blade at the Beowolf who jumped over it before slashing the Arma Gigas, killing it. However, the Beowolf was stabbed by the Arma Gigas before it died, making it also disappear.

Winter: Hmm. Your technique still has those maddening sloppy touches. But you've learned how to make them work for you. You've made them your own.

Weiss: Wow. That was very close to a compliment. I'll have to tell (Y/N) about this later.

Winter: I didn't intend it that way.

Weiss: I guess we all make mistakes every now and then.

Winter's eyes widened a little before chuckling a little.

Winter: You've grown up a bit. Haven't you? You're not the little girl clinging to the family name anymore.

Weiss: Since Beacon. I haven't really had much of a choice. Jacques' view of the world no longer matches with mine.

Winter: Jacques? (Smirks) Not even going to call him father huh?

Weiss: Was he ever really one?

Winter and Weiss laughed. Winter looked at Weiss with a proud look.

Winter: I'm glad to see you have moved on. Distancing myself from the Schnee name was the most beneficial thing I've ever done. (Places hand on Weiss' shoulder) We can move forward without him, together. I know General Ironwood will have a place for you here.

Weiss smiles before shaking her hand and moving Winter's hand gently.

Weiss: I'd be honored but... I already have a future in mind for myself.

Winter: Oh, and what would that be?

Weiss: To bring back the Schnee name to its former glory and respect.

Winter loses her smile a little and watches as Weiss walks past her.

Winter: Weiss-

Weiss: Do you remember our grandfather?

Winter's eyes widened and she smiled fondly, remembering his calm and cheerful presence.

Winter: I do. He always made the most delicious cupcakes and helped everyone.

Weiss: Yeah. He built the Schnee Dust Company with the hope that both humans and Faunus could one day co-exist with each other, with no violence.

Winter: He was a very noble man.

Weiss: He was, and then.... once Jacques got into the picture, he twisted his ideals and philosophy. He made the Schnee Dust Company something it wasn't, and it took me so long to realize.

Weiss then looked back at Winter with a determined smile.

Weiss: That's why, when this war against Salem is all over. I will reclaim the Schnee Dust Company and make it what it used to be. A noble company that was fair and just to all. One where both humans and Faunus can co-exist with one another. I will make it a castle that protects others once again.

Winter's eyes widened at Weiss resolve, as the two of them remembered the words of their grandfather, Nicholas Schnee.
