Goku and Beetroo feet were tied to the ceiling that caused them to be upside down. They are doing sit-ups with weights in their hands.

Beetroo and Goku untie their ropes as they fall to the ground. They then release their weights, doing nothing but gasping for air for minute When they suddenly, an echoed voice appears
???: Um, hello!?
Beetroo: who's that goku?
Goku: I think that king Kai!
???: NO... It's bubbles.
Goku: Really? I didn't know you could speak bubbles!
Beetroo: yeah I didn't know he could speak either.
King Kai: Of course its not bubbles, its me, king kai you numbskull!
Beetroo: oh!
Goku: Hey king kai! How's it going?
King Kai: I'm doing terrible, I have to train your friends. But anyway, I just wanted to warn the both of you.
Beetroo: about what king Kai?
King Kai: There's an evil tyrant on the search for the Namekian dragon balls as well. His name is Frizea, known as the emperor of the universe. If you come across him, DO NOT pick a fight with him! He's out of both of your leagues!
Beetroo: I heard of a guy named Frizea but he's that powerful?!
Beetroo&goku: just really makes me want to fight him even more now!
Goku and Beetroo then turns towards each other

They give each a high five and chuckles a bit.
King Kai: NO! YOU IDIOTS, how can you be so stupid!?? You're missing the entire point!!!
King kai: I'm telling you this because you're arriving at Namek in about an hour! So heed my warning or else you're gonna get yourselves killed!
Beetroo: a hour? Goku give me a senzu beans
Goku then toss Beetroo one and he ate it.
Beetroo: much better
King Kai: like I was saying was trying to say that gohan Kinibi and krillin are in Danger Also Vegeta too.
Beetroo: so vegeta with them too?
King Kai: yep appears that way. But he was just forming a temporary alliance with them to take down 5 of Frizea's elites known as the Ginyu Force.
