Whis: this is a different dimension so that when you start powering up you don't wake up Lord Beerus, because you're going to be screaming.

Whis: Before we begin I have to explain God Ki. Note that this will give you a huge boost in power. It elevates your power far beyond that of what you currently have. It's more of a higher utilization of your regular Ki. Now, in order to utilize it, you would have to power up your Ki within your body while containing it.
