CHAPTER 17

Yna Rose's POV

"Yara! Nakita mo ba yung math book ko?" tanong ko kay Yara na busy na naman sa phone niya.

"Hindi." she simply replied without even looking at me.

I sighed out of disbelief, this girl really is something! She's been always in front of her phone chatting with Sage.

I really can't believe she caught Sage's attention.

Well, even I to be honest, Yara caught my attention from the very first day of class. She's a total nerd, smart, and could hold a conversation.

Badoy lang siya minsan manamit, although pansin ko minsan that she's wearing branded shirts and jeans. Even her eyeglasses, I could tell that it's worth much.

And I have been really curious, I really don't think she's wearing a graded eyeglasses.

And also, she always tied-up her hair to a bun style, hindi ko rin siya nakikitang nag aayos, but to be honest, her natural style can catch attentions.

Eyeglasses niya lang ang nakakasira, at ang badoy niyang pananamit. If she will be fashionable, I am sure she's really beautiful.

And she seems familiar, her face is really familiar. Parang kilala ko na siya even before I met her.

"Problema mo?" she suddenly asked, nagulat naman ako kaya umiwas ako ng tingin and just pouted.

I was staring at her nga pala, I just couldn't figure out why she seemed familiar to me, I'm curious, really curious.

"Mieg, nakita mo ba yung math book ko?" I suddenly asked Miegwyn, just like Yara, she's always facing her phone, although I know that she's watching anime and just reading manga.

"Hindi." she just simply answered.

I just sighed, we have a math class later pero wala sa akin yung math book ko, kainis. Hinanap ko na sa bag ko, at wala talaga, baka nga naiwan ko sa bahay.

Tiningnan ko nalang si Yara at Miegwyn na parehong busy sa phone nila. Ang saya talaga nilang ka bonding, tch!

After our morning classes ended ay lumabas na kami ng classroom namin at pumunta na cafeteria since it's already lunch time.

While walking in the hallway, naririnig ko na naman ang mga bulungan nila, at ang masasama nilang tingin. I am sure, Yara knows it too.

Hay, it has been weeks, I mean lampas month na pala, today's July 24 and it's monday. May meeting pala kami later.

"Anong gusto niyo?" I immediately asked the moment we arrived inside the cafeteria.

"Same parin." Yara simply mumbled, tumango naman agad ako.

Pagkalagay ko ng bag ko sa upuan ay agad kaming pumunta sa pila ni Miegwyn para mag order.

Habang nakapila kami ni Miegwyn ay napatingin ako sa isang table na malapit sa amin.

"Mieg..." I mumbled habang nakatingin parin sa isang table kung saan nay tatlong babaeng nakaupo.
