CHAPTER 48

Hazon's POV

After I received a message from Joshua, I immediately asked my instructor if I could excuse myself for a moment, even though, kasisimula palang ng meeting namin.

But thank god, they allow me, although they said that I should be back before my other blockmates finished their presentation.

As soon as makalabas ako ng building namin, I immediately opened my phone and called Yara's number, but it was unattended, and it was like goosebumps.

I suddenly feel that this already happened before.

So, I instead directly went to my car and made my way out of the campus.

Malapit na ako sa pwesto kung saan palaging nag hihintay si Yara, but I suddenly pushed the break when I saw a familiar car and a guy who opened the shotgun door.

I saw her smiling as she went inside his car.

I just sighed, I guess I'm late again.

Nang makaalis ang kotse ni Sage ay bumalik nalang ako sa loob ng campus. I don't have a choice, at least Yara can go home safely.

"We have to hold this meeting of presentations, let's continue this tomorrow nalang." our instructor suddenly said.

I just sighed, if only I just know na hindi ako mag prepresent ngayon, I should have excused myself before the time of our meeting.

Nang makauwi ako sa condo ko, I immediately checked my phone, there's no message from her, so I instead opened my twitter account.

Sana pala hindi ko nalang binuksan, hindi nalang ako nag online.

The next day, as usual, I went to her house para of course sunduin siya.

"Natulog ka ba? Ba't ang healthy naman ng eyebags mo ngayon?" natatawang sabi niya ng makita niya ako.

She seems in a good mood today, just what happened yesterday that lifted her mood to this bright.

I just sighed, "I couldn't sleep last night because of tons of school works." I calmly mumbled.

"Hmm.." she just nodded.

"I think, hindi na naman kita mahahatid mamaya, we still have our meeting later after our class." I suddenly said.

"Okay." she just simply replied, I glanced at her and she's just facing her phone.

I just sighed and went to my car, I opened the door for her, and waited 'til makapasok siya.

Nang makarating kami sa LU, I immediately went to my class since ma-li-late na naman ako.

As soon as my classes started, I tried my best to focus even though I sometimes couldn't help but think of her.

We're a bit busy today because of our course presentation for this upcoming final term. Although, I am always there para sunduin at ihatid si Yara even though sometimes late na akong nakakapasok.

I don't even have time for lunch, dahil halos always nasa library lang ako and even Jaaron.

"You aren't going to fetch her?" Jaaron suddenly asked, while we're on our way to the meeting room.

"Nah, I'm sure someone will do my job." I just simply answered.

Jaaron just chuckled, "Why don't you tell her kasi, ang torpe mo naman." natatawa niya naman sabi.
