"They're back, they're back!"

The human servants turned to look at me as I took off for the front door in a mad dash from where I had been looking. Bard yelled for me to wait for them but I took off without a care. It had been a while since we had dealt with the circus and my powers had finally started developing back. It was a slow process and Sebastian hadn't given me the ability to push myself as hard as I wanted with the low level powers I had gained back. Since then, I had been put on menial servant jobs and usually hung around Sebastian and did nothing since I wasn't trusted to be alone.

However, three days ago, Ceil got a new case from the queen to go look into what was supposedly a haunted manor under renovation. I'd raised a fuss when the two sticklers said I wasn't allowed to go with them because I was still nursing my powers. Nonetheless they'd left me behind no matter how much I whined. I thought that would be annoying being stuck here with the human servants but it was actually kind of nice. Sebastian had left behind a simple chore list since he didn't trust a single one of us which let me exercise and build up my powers to my heart's content which had been great for my power levels.

I burst through the front door right as their carriage stopped. Running down the steps, Ceil was exiting the carriage as I got close.

Ceil looked over at me. "I wasn't expecting a welcoming party."

"How'd the case go?" I asked as Sebastian appeared from the other side carrying the suitcases.

"It was a waste of time. We had to deal with ghosts." Ceil grimaced as I helped him down. "But, we got the matter dealt with. It's been a while since Sebastian and I were alone for a case, since you've gotten here."

"It was reminiscent of old times, wasn't it, young master?" Sebastian looked at me now. "He lost me in a chest game."

"THE GHOST CHEATED."

As nice as the three day break was, now that they were back it felt like there was finally some livelihood back in the manor. That was exactly what I was wanting as I was excited to show off to the two of them what I had been able to work on since they had been gone.

"Save the bickering ladies." I turned with a flourish as the other servants finally came outside. "Look what I can do!"

I opened my palm as everyone watched as a tree from the tree line was ripped effortlessly from its roots and flew over to me. I smiled proudly as it stopped inches from impaling me. My telekineses powers had been the most improved over my little training sessions and was the closest to being back to full power. Letting the tree fall to the floor instead of hovering in the air, I got behind it and with one powerful hit, split the tree into different fragments. Even my strength was back up to nonhuman levels!

Sebastian sighed. "So you weren't running out here because you were excited to see us, you just wanted to show off."

"Amazing." Ceil glowered. "Can you put it back to how it was?"

I didn't let those two ruin my happiness. "My powers are coming back way faster! Taker said I can even leave the injections for only once a day instead of twice. The crazy thing is that I even feel more powerful than ever! It's like I'm back to how I was when I was younger, I feel like a spring chicken!"

The little brat smirked. "Not like the old hag you were before you lost your powers?"

"Watch it. Even supernatural beings have wear and tear over the years." I growled, turning to the servants that were greeting Sebastian. "Hey, Mey Rin, shoot me again! My healing is back up too!"

Mey Rin shrinked under Sebastian's gaze. "Ms. Alexandra! I couldn't shoot you!"

"Again?" Sebastian moved his glare to me now.
