Cassie POV
I hear several screams. Me and Sam share a look before running out the room, towards the screams.
We look inside the kitchen. Three wolves are surrounding one wolf. Marianna surrounded by Francesca, Andrea and Whitney.
Me and Sam growl simultaneously. Everyone's head turn to us, except for Marianna.
Mari charges at Francesca, biting her neck and thrown her against the wall. Andrea and Whitney start attacking Mari. Andrea shoves Mari into the table, making her whine. Whitney bites Mari's neck and slams her against the wall.
Sam shifts into his wolf and lets out a deafening growl. I shift as well, walking towards Whitney.
When they don't stop, I jump in, forking at both Andrea and Whitney. They growl back and Andrea charges at me.
I duck and bite her hind leg. She whines and I shove her against the countertop. Before Whitney charges Sam bites the scruff of her neck and throws her against the wall.
I shift back and so does Sam. We look at each other with lust and start walking towards each other before I hear Mari's whine.
I run over to her. She is still in wolf form.
'Cassie it hurts.' Mari whines. I frown.
'Where?' I respond.
'Stomach.' She whines.
I put up a wall and think. Her stomach. Why would her stomach hurt? Maybe her back, or her head. But, oh shit.
Her baby. No. No. I look at Sam. I open up my mind link only to him.
'Her baby.' I say. His eyes widen.
I look at Mari. She has a look of fear and pain in her eyes.
'Shift back.' I order.
Mari obeys and shifts back. Oh my god.
