Prince Aiden's approach shattered the fragile calmness enveloping Everi and Sina, their breaths caught in their throats as his cool demeanor flickered, revealing a storm brewing beneath the surface. Everi couldn't help but scoff, her voice laced with bitter sarcasm, unable to suppress her mounting frustration.

"Isn't your plan working out as you hoped, Your Highness?" she spat, her words dripping with defiance. "Or is it that you never actually cared about anyone's lives but your own?"

Aiden's expression morphed into a mask of anger, his eyes flashing with a mix of resentment and superiority. He moved closer, his voice low and venomous, cutting through the air like a double-edged blade.

"Don't think you'll live for much longer, my lady," he sneered, his words fueling Everi's determination rather than quelling it.

Sina, fear etching her features, rushed forward, her desperation evident as she grasped the metal bars separating her from Aiden. Her voice quivered with a desperate plea, teetering on the edge of tears.

"Please," Sina begged, her voice trembling. "If you're going to kill her, kill her then but spare me. Remember your promise, Your Highness. You said you would make me a queen... you even know I'm from another world!"

Sina's words hung heavily in the air, the weight of her plea echoing through the prison's confines. Everi's heart swelled with her stupidity , understanding the depth of her desperation and the lengths to which she had gone to become a queen under Aiden's influence.

As the final threads of hope and deception unraveled, Everi knew that she had to stand unified against Aiden's tyranny.

Everi stood defiantly in front of Prince Aiden, her lips pursed with a stubborn perseverance. Despite being trapped in the prison, with her fate left uncertain, she refused to back down from the fight. As Aiden looked at her with a mix of disdain and amusement, she spoke up with a veiled confidence that belied her fear.

"I'm sure the others will come to save me," she said with a hint of bravado. "Especially Prince Mathias."

Everi's heart raced as she thought about Mathias, her love for him stronger than ever before. She couldn't help but feel a pang of regret, knowing that she may never get the chance to tell him how much she truly cared for him.

As she stared down Aiden, she couldn't help but wonder if Mathias would be the one to rescue her from this grim fate. Would he be able to see through the lies and deceit, the webs of corruption spun by Aiden and his cronies?

Her mind raced with thoughts of escape, of hope for a better future. But the one thing that lingered, heavy on her heart, was the yearning to tell Mathias how much she loved him.

"I wish I could at least tell him that I love him so much before I actually die," she thought to herself, the words echoing through her mind like a mournful echo.

With a heavy heart and a burning desire for freedom, she stood against Aiden with an unflinching resolve, determined to fight for her life and for the ones she loved most.

Aiden's scoff echoed through the prison walls, a twisted response to Everi's unwavering devotion to Prince Mathias. His eyes flickered with disdain, unable to comprehend such loyalty and selflessness.

"Do you even know what it means to give up your life for someone else?" he sneered, his words ringing with malice. "Can you die for him ?"

Everi didn't hesitate for even a moment. Her answer was simple and direct, filled with an unwavering conviction.

"Gladly," she said, her voice resolute. "I would give up anything for Prince Mathias, even my own life."
