"Raven! You got ten minutes to finish getting ready!" Eun-sun's voice called up from downstairs.
At that, the spell between Raven and Lukas broke. "I'll— I'll do my hair and get some socks on. Pack my bag too." Raven cleared his throat, shuffling around.
"Okay." Lukas hummed. "Do you... mind if I look around your library?"
He gestured to the two shelves full of books.
"Sure."
Raven hopped on one foot as he pulled socks over his other foot. Then he grabbed some books from the floor and half-heartedly shoved them in his book bag.
"For a supposedly rich kid living in a mansion, you're very.... untidy." Lukas said.
Raven laughed. "I'd have probably punched anyone else that said that. Be glad you're an exception."
"Why am I an exception?" Lukas blurted out.
Raven paused, glancing at the other. He sighed with a smile on his lips. "You just are, Lukas Meyer."
Lukas avoided the dark haired boy's deep amber-brown eyes, opting to look at the books on the shelf. "R—Right. Good."
He heard Raven laugh, then the shuffle of someone walking across the wooden floor.
Lukas brushed his fingers over the magazines on the bookcase. Then he randomly pulled one out. On the magazine cover, was none other than Raven Gwon.
"Wow, you're on a magazine." Lukas commented, holding it up.
Raven glanced over at him. "Oh yeah. I model for my brother's company sometimes." He said. "I swear, they've all fallen in love with me. My brother keeps saying his employees are begging me to model again." He rolled his eyes good-naturedly.
Lukas admired the Raven on the magazine front. His usually fluffy hair was all gelled and parted to one side, and with the dark eyeliner and rose-red lip gloss... Raven kinda looks... hot.
Which wasn't something Lukas should be thinking.
But damn. Raven... he's— AH NO WHAT THE FUCK AM I THINKING?! ACK!
So Lukas chose to focus on what Raven was wearing in the picture. A simple leather jacket over a black shirt, and black cargo pants, with silver chains dangling from the jacket.
"That jacket was so uncomfortable."
Lukas yelped, startled when Raven spoke up from right behind him. The dark haired laughed.
"Sorry, I thought you heard me coming. I didn't mean to scare ya." He apologized.
"Nah, it's okay." Lukas brushed it off. He glanced down at the magazine. "You look good in this picture." He said absentmindedly.
Raven smiled. "Thanks. You should tag along with me sometime, you know, when I do these photoshoots. I bet my brother can get you a VIP pass." He laughed.
Lukas grinned. "I bet that'll be a blast."
Raven nodded. "Yeah, we really should try that sometime. Alright, enough of all this. Let's go down. We'll be late to school."
He draped his arm around Lukas' neck and they headed downstairs.
