Chapter 18

[Yeonjun's POV]

"Haerin what are you doing here?" Chaewon asked.

"I grew suspicious about the meet up and turns out I was right," Haerin said.

"Haerin-ah, we're sorry..." Yujin said.

"What's gonna happen to oppa?" Haerin asked feeling a bit upset.

"I don't know, but... I want to save him!" I said making everyone look at me.

"Me too, I can only imagine that they're doing bad things to him!" Mina said.

"Let's go then! Haerin since you're already here you have no choice but to follow us," Chaewon said.

"I didn't plan on leaving so let's save oppa!" Haerin said.

"Okay let's make sure to not be spotted," Yujin said.

Before we started following them, I took a look at Taehyun's sword. The shape is like a katana, I gripped the hilt of the sword and felt how warm it was. "It means a lot to oppa, Yeonjun oppa..." Haerin said.

"Yeah... I can tell, it's still in good shape he takes care of his stuff..." I said.

"He owned that for a while now, he always cleans the blade whenever he uses it..." Yujin said.

"Must've been a great boyfriend to you."

"Yeah, he was a really caring person."

"Guys let's hurry up we don't have all day!" Mina said.

"She's right," Chaewon said.

We all proceeded to follow the Stray Kids group. I don't know why he took Taehyun out of all of us. He didn't know Taehyun and he knew Chaewon and me exceptionally well. There's no chance they'd get anything out of him though, he's a fighter and a gun wouldn't scare him. We could only hope he doesn't do anything to piss off Soobin before we find him, that could determine everything.

We eventually arrived at a refinery. This must be where their base is...

"So this is where they took Taehyun..." Yujin said.

"Chaewon have you been there before?" Mina asked.

"No... I don't recognize this place at all. Either way we have to pull this off," Chaewon said.

"Proceed with caution guys, there's definitely guards everywhere..." I said.

"I'll be careful..." Haerin said.

We all walked through the fence and sneaked inside the refinery. Immediately once we headed inside we found guards patrolling the hallways, this was nerve wracking. Chaewon did identify all of the present members inside the building. The other members were Felix, Jimin, Huening Kai, Sakura, Yunjin, Kazuha, Hyunjin, Han, and Jeongin. Surprisingly this wasn't all of their members and only about half.

We decided to split up so we don't all get caught at once. Chaewon and I to sneak through most of the guards, although I think one of them spotted us... Huening Kai. Chaewon told me that he is the quiet type though. When he joined nobody really treated him like a part of them, except Chaewon and Soobin. So with this information, Kai wants to prove himself by catching us and he will be appreciated. That's why he didn't alert the other members.

"Okay we managed to flee Kai's vision, but we might end up running into him again..." Chaewon said. We were on the 2nd floor of the building.

"The guards don't seem to care about what he's doing either... Poor guy," I said.
