Chapter 34

Y/n POV
The next day
I just woke up as I stretch feeling Miguel side empty he probably went to work early I just got up and just decided to fix and organize the room I just had breakfast and took and quick shower after that
I was just fixing my clothes in the closet I was just hanging some of Miguel coats as something fell out his pocket I just kneeled down but instead of finding what fell I ended up finding this box in the back
I just grabbed it as i sat down in the bed just opening it just seeing this weird looking watch... and this old white long sleeve shirt and couple of other things I just dig in as I found this old picture frame but I heard the front door open... I just put everything back in order as I heard Miguel step getting closer I just put the box back where I found it and closed the door and just walked out the room as I bumped into Miguel
" hey what's wrong?" He asked
" nothing.." I said just looking at him
" you sure?" He asked
" yeah I was just going outside to get some fresh air..." I said
" oh..." he said
" yeah..." I said as I just walked downstairs just taking a deep breath...
I just walked outside as I sat down...just thinking what was the reason for him to have that watch and it also seem very familiar......I just looked down as I play with my ring I just felt that I need to get out the house.... After being locked up in this house for like almost a month I just needed to get out but I just needed to made sure Miguel didn't notice....
I just walked back inside going upstairs just seeing the bedroom empty I just see his office door closed I assume he's doing something there which means he's probably going to be in there for like 5 hours so I probably have time to get out for a bit.... I just walked back downstairs and grabbed his car keys I just open the front door slowly and closed it I just got in the car and just drove off to somewhere......
