Chapter 76

Y/n POV
A few weeks later
After everything that's been going on lately...  Miguel was dragging me into going out again but this time it was something about his work... maybe a small work party I think.... but yeah I was still not sure on leaving Gabriella.... but I am trying my best not make Miguel angry again.... after the things he said..... I was just in Gabriella room just holding her little hand... I know it's just going to be a few hours.... and yeah
" you think she be fine..?" I asked
" she will be fine we have a babysitter..." Miguel said as he looked at me
" yeah..." I said I just took a deep breath and smiled
Just picking her up and  gave her a kiss on the cheek...
" I see you later my little princess" I said as I placed her down in her crib..
I was trying so hard not to feel like a worry mother.... I mean she's barely 4 months and yeah.... I couldn't leave her side but I'm trying my best not to get him mad again..... he really needs to understand that I am  mother now and I have every right to feel worry..... but I just kept my mouth shut....
" ready?" He asked as he had his hand out
" yeah..." I said placing my hand down on his... feeling him grip on it....

As We arrived to his work and there was a lot of people there. Wasn't really expecting that much people to be here... the only people that I just knew there was Jessica and Peter b and that's all of course.
" y/n you remember Jess?" he said
" of course I do" I said smiling at her..
" there's some people I will like you meet" he said just feeling his grab my hand tight
I just saw this lady with really white hair and had very bright red lipstick... and it seem that she was giving me looks when I first enter here...... already got a vibe that I don't like her at all....
" y/n this is Felicia..." he said
" she's new here..." he said
" oh..." I said
" why hello..." I said
" hello.." she said as she sounded if she had attitude..... okay then...
" and this is Peter...." he said
As I turn around seeing peter... peter, peter.....spidernoir.... I thought he mentioned before he doesn't work for Miguel anymore....
" it's a pleasure to meet you..." He said
" yeah...." I said looking at him
Miguel just looked at us...
" alright then..." he said as he just pulled me close to him...
After all that I was just sitting down at the bar while Miguel was talking to his friends.. I just felt that I just wanted to go home already.. I already felt like leaving Miguel behind again but I don't want him to be piss.... not again....
I just don't get why he's become more aggressive.... and controlling....
" is this seat taken?" Someone asked
" no" I said not even looking till I did and saw peter there..
" well look who it is..." I said
" I thought you mentioned that you stop working for Miguel.." I said
" I know I did but it's tough to get out.." he said
" what do you mean.?" I asked
" your husband is very strict about ditching the job" he said
" he's not my husband..." I whispered
" and how come?" I asked
" well I mentioned before he's making us do some things that none of us enjoy doing ..." he said
" but that's the job.." he said
" that's what he says.." he said
" I didn't knew that I'm sorry.." I said
" about what?" He said
" about everything is making you guys do.." I said
" don't worry about it" he said
" the only thing you should worry about is him not to hide stuff from you and treat you more with respect" he said
" what are you talking about? He is respectful" I said
" oh really, I saw the way he pulled you next him...." he said
" so doesn't mean anything..." I said
" okay whatever I'm not trying to argue but I'm warning you Miguel isn't the type of romantic guy you think he is... he probably will trick you into thinking it but he isn't alright..."
" he's very controlling and will want things his ways... there's going to be a point where he's going to control you and get in your head..." he said
" and maybe just become a big lie..."
" just a warning..." he said as he got up and walked away.... the whole thing just got me thinking.... I just got up walking away from the whole gathering.... I just went to the elevator to go up to Miguel office... I just took a deep breath let's see what I could find there...maybe something that's he's probably hiding... I got out of the elevator just walking down the hall... I slowly just open Miguel office door and closed it.... I just walked towards his desk seeing a lot of papers everywhere... I looked everywhere including his drawer till I found this very weird looking watch....I just looked down in the floor just seeing a stain of blood... I found that weird  but I'm not surprised is Miguel....I just looked through the papers in his desk...reading them of course they were t about " business stuff" it was just about the whole spider society thing.... I just place the papers down and got up and saw a small trail of blood leading to somewhere... I just let out a gasped as the door just swing open and saw Miguel standing there...
" they you are...." he said
" what are you doing here?" He asked as he closed the door and locked it.... and walked towards me...
" nothing I just needed some space..." I said
" oh so you came here for that?" He said looking at me weird..
"Yeah your office calms me down" I said
" oh..." he said
" yeah.... I'm go now.." I said but he just grabbed me.... shit.... I just knew what was going to happen....
