Chapter 53

Y/n POV
13 weeks later
Friday night
I was just getting ready for bed as I was just in the restroom just brushing my teeth and then washed my face  as I was just drying my face I just felt Miguel wrap his arm around me as I just place the towel down and just see him grabbing me tightly as he had his chin on my shoulder
" your so beautiful" he said as he had a soft smile
I just smiled at him
" thank you" I said smiling at him as He just place his hand on my belly as there was a small bump forming already I just chuckled as he was rubbing my belly
" what's wrong?" He asked as he looked at me as I just see his cheek all red
" nothing it's just tinkle when you rub my belly" I said smiling at him
" are baby is growing.." I said
" yeah.. are baby is growing" he said having a big smile
I think it's hitting that there's human being growing inside of me.... I just let out a nervous chuckled.....and just walked out the restroom just sitting the bed
" you okay?" Miguel asked as he notice something was odd
" yeah I'm fine" I said giving him smile
" everything is perfectly fine" I said
" don't lie to me y/n" he said walking towards me
" I'm just a little scared" I said
" with everything I just think everything is going by fast" I said
" I'm already 3 months pregnant which means there's 6 months left till we become parents and there might be a chance that I'm going to be a horrible mother" I said just freaking out as Miguel just pulled me into a hug...... as he just try calming me down....
" don't say that okay you are going to be an amazing mother okay" he said
" it's going to be hard at first and I know it's scary but I'm always going to be here okay no matter what" he said
" yeah I'm sorry" I said just feeling a small tear drop
As he just looked at me as he wipe my tear off
" it's going to be okay" he said as he kiss my forehead....
I just looked at him as i gave him a soft smile....
" you think are baby is going to have some of your powers?" I asked
" I'm pretty sure" he said smiling
As I just chuckled....
2 days later
I was just downstairs just making breakfast as Miguel was just getting ready for work as he came down as he just wrap his arm around me
" are excited for today?" I asked
" what's today?" He asked
" hearing the baby heartbeat" I said
" oh right of course I'm excited" he said
" what time is it though?" He asked
" 11:20 just promise me you won't be late" I said
" I promise I wouldn't miss it" he said
" I see you later" he said as he gave me a kiss on the cheek
As he just left just being alone in the house I just decide to get ready since I had like a few hour left till the appointment as I went upstairs and got ready I just looked at myself in the mirror seeing the small bump I just smiled as I place my hand..... I was just really excited and nervous to hear my baby heartbeat....... as I was finish getting ready it was already 11:10 I just decide to leave the house early so I wouldn't be late as I was in the road I just kept calling Miguel but he wouldn't pick up at all.... I was just getting a little nervous that he wouldn't come in time or probably wouldn't even come at all.......
As I just arrived as I was waiting in the waiting room... as my leg was getting all shaky I was just nervous about everything just overthinking.... that I didn't even heard the doctor calling me
" ms y/l/n" she said as I just turn around
" are you ready?" She asked
" yeah" I said giving her a smile as I just went in...
As I just lay in the bed and lift up my shirt as she added this really cold gel...
She started rubbing it everywhere as she used the transducer to find the baby heartbeat...
" so how's everything?" She asked
" everything has been good just a lot of morning sickness" I said
As she just nod
I just let out a sighed just feeling really nervous since she hasn't found the baby heartbeat.....
I just closed my eyes as  the whole room was just silence...... till I just started to hear it.....
The sighed of relief I let out and the smile I had
" is it normal for it to be beating that fast?" I asked in worry tone
" yes is perfectly normal" she said
I just smiled as I looked at the screen just seeing my baby in the screen.....
I just took a deep breath and glad that every was okay....
