Tales told of a boy with an eye that missed absolutely nothing. And that made his aim with a pistol the deadliest thing there was in the North Sands. He lived in a giant house all to himself, passed down from his family. His father was an ex-sheriff who was discharged when he gave a wrangler important information on a Great Eight who the wrangler later killed. His fathers name was Loki. He was a smart, sly fighter who tended to come out of fights unscathed. That is until one day, the Great Eight of the time, Zone, confronted him. Loki, his wife, and his four year old son Kruise were walking home when suddenly...

"Hey Daddy, I think someone's following us."

"So the kid's eyes are sharper than yours?! Pathetic."

It was over in an instant. Zone's power was his blitzing speed. And in the blink of an eye, the throats of Loki and his wife fell into his possession.

"Die!"

Without even looking, Kruise shot Zone square in the head mid stride. From then on, he became known as Slayer Kruise, and fought every Great Eight the Sheriffs of the North threw at him. His total kills on those titled a Great Eight were 7, just one behind the late Maniac Midaco, who killed 8. At age 14 he stood at a menacing six foot, three inches tall. He wore plain jeans and a white leather jacket, with black flames trailing the bottom. It was his own little spin of Maniac Midaco's famous outfit, with the black and white representing his father's custom Sheriff's attire. He was a very calm, cool, and calculated boy, who tended to think ten steps ahead of everyone around him. The teen had now set his eye on a new challenge for himself. That challenge was an Elixir Brawl!! Fighting and chaos ensued as he walked into the building. He strolled inside casually and stopped in front of everyone.

"Alright!!!! I'll give you all two simple options. Either leave now and live, or be the first to see a new technique I just mastered. But I understand if you pass up on it, watch now, and you won't live to tell the tale!"

Everyone aimed their weapons at him, recognizing him immediately.

"Everyone together, kill the Slayer!!!"

"Alright, I warned you, I learned this when I saw him fight!"

Everyone with a gun shot at him, without giving him a moment to relax.

"Welp, I warned you, I once saw Maniac Midaco himself do this one."

He stuck his hands out and swiped the air in front of him.

"Ahhhh!!!"

Kruise dropped.

"Did we get him?!"

Kruise eyes shot open!

"50."

Kruise counted his opponents. He caught 15 bullets in each hand, and another fifteen in his teeth. Including his two six shooters, he had fifty-seven bullets.

"49."

He launched one of the bullets in his right hand through the first person's head that got too close. He launched them like a person playing marbles, flicking them with his thumb.

"Come on guys don't go easy, let's party!!!"

They rushed square into their own demise, being cut down all too easily.

"23, 22, 20..."

Flicking and spitting bullets, while dodging and parrying attacks at close quarters, not any everyday wrangler could even attempt that. He continued to swipe their bullets and wipe them out, counting down aloud as he killed each one.

"1! "

Kruise stopped and stared at the last man left. The man slowly lifted his gun, aiming it at Kruise with shaky hands.

"I'm feeling generous today, so I'll cut you a deal. You scurry on out of here while I take that Elixir. I assume you know your option by now."

"Ahhhhhh!!!"

The man screamed and ran out of the temple, knowing he had no chance of winning. Kruise opened his hands, dropping this last bullet he held.

"So, you're Slayer Kruise. Pleased to make your acquaintance. I, Olin, oversee the North Sands Elixir Temple, and hereby declare you the winner of this Elixir Brawl. Step up and claim your prize kid."

Kruise walked up to the man smoothly, and took the Elixir from him carefully.

"Well then that was easy! Alright, down the hatch it goes!"

He gulped it all down in one go.

"Wow..."

His body heaved forward, and he could feel himself blacking out!

"Hrrraaahhhh!!!!"

He snapped himself awake by force! But he was still weak, having used all his strength to do so.

"Hmm. Already strong enough to summon me to the physical world, my you must be a strong one kid!"

Olin stumbled. A short dark man appeared. He wore robes that faded from a deep, midnight blue, to a rich indigo, and it was as if they contained the whole universe.

"It-it can't be, you're the Great One!"

"Pardon my intrudence but this one was powerful enough to resist coming to my world, so I came here instead. Kadies, you must've chosen a monster I see."

"Wh-who are you?"

"Relax young lad you'll be alright soon. I am Sakris, or better known as the Great One here. I'll be granting you your power now, so brace yourself."

"Huh..."

Sakris put his hand on Kruise's back.

"Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!"

Kruise felt like he was drowning, but the water seemed to slice everything it touched. The pain was excruciating, and he barely held on to his consciousness. Kruise breathed slowly, and heavily. After a big heave he coughed up bloody water, and seemed to relax. He stood slowly.

As he opened his eyes, water poured out in a steady stream. He jolted his head up and the water suddenly turned silver.

"I leave you now then, Kruise of the North Sands, and Olin of the North Sands. Please, be safe."

Sakris disappeared as if he'd been blown away by the wind.

"Kid are you, alright?"

"Silver Shredding Waters. That is the name I'll give my ability, and yeah I'm fine. Sorry to leave so soon, but I got a Great Eight to kill!"
