Medikus woke early the next morning, he turned, startled to see Trista curled up beside him. Be jumped back a little, scaring her awake.
"Can you please explain why you are in my bed?!" Medikus whispered.
"I couldn't sleep by myself, I'm kinda anxious about today."
Trista spoke shyly. She didn't know why but she felt both vulnerable and protected whenever she was with Medikus. She had fallen in love with him before she even knew it.
"Trista..."
Medikus hugged Trista, holding her close.
"You're a strong girl. It's okay to be a little nervous, but don't doubt your abilities. Remember this team is just as incomplete without you, as it is without me."
Trista sunk into Medikus's firm but still somehow delicate caress. Medikus lightly kissed her forehead, bringing her in closer.

Ash left his room early. He walked up to the roof, hoping to clear his head and think up some strategies. When he got to the roof, Dormia had a chair pulled up to the edge of the roof, watching Igneous's waterfalls constantly refill their unquenchable thirst.
"I guess great minds think alike."
Dormia giggled.
"You came to think up plans, but I already have my victory mapped out. I only came to look at Master Igneous's mansion in all its glory."
"We'll if you're that good, shoot me an idea for Midas."
Ash pulled up a chair beside her and sat down.
"You can teleport, so use it to enhance your speed and use of angles in the fight. And go at him with purpose, you should be able to straight up overpower him."
"I like the way you think!"
Dormia turned her head and looked at Ash.
"Something about the way you look at me sometimes makes me think you once knew someone that I remind you of. What's the story?"
Ash looked at her, a bit shocked she'd paid that much attention to him. Dormia's observational skills we're unrivaled, and she could read people like books.
"She was my fiancé. We grew up in a little old orphanage together. I remember my first time fighting Midas, he scratched me up good in the fight, and she bandaged me up. After that we got really close, any time I'd fight she'd cheer for me the hardest, and take care of me when I got hurt. Then one year Midas burned the entire orphanage to the ground. It was horrible, everyone died but me and Donnia. We escaped, and made a hideout in a cave, and before we knew it, we were engaged. She mapped on missions and gathered intel for me, while I honed my skills. Then Midas..."
Ash began to weep softly. Dormia leaned over and kissed him, passionately putting her hand on his cheek, caressing his face.
"I'm sorry, you've had a life even tougher than the rest of us, but you still have us. And you still have me. You give me confidence, and I know that this time you fight Midas, you'll put him in the dirt where he belongs! Now dry those tears and let's go, the others are probably waiting for us."
Ash wiped his face and stood up with Dormia, following her to the mansion gates.

"Where the hell are these guys!!! Master Igneous is half asleep, Natura is just holding on to his arm like she really needs him to protect her, Glacio is giving me the evil eye, and Master Frixius is PISSSED!!!"
"So, do any of you know why Aux is going to Oasis?!"
Igneous jolted awake, but Glacio spoke before him.
"Knowing Aux, he's either saving all of our lives, or dooming the lot of us."
"Dooming? What do you mean?!"
Igneous spoke this time.
"Just as there were two sides to Midaco, there are two sides to Aux. When Aux gets a taste of blood, he slowly shifts into his darker, deadlier side. He showed us a glimpse of what the true power of that side of him can do against Medikus and Ash. Now that he's warmed up, there are a number of things he could be doing in Oasis. The only thing I can tell you is, not even one of those things are safe in the slightest."
"And you let him go?!"
Glacio spoke.
"Kid you don't get it. Master Aux is our strongest muscle. Now that he's back in fighting condition, he's gotta flex. We're starting a war and him succeeding any mission in Oasis puts us in the driver seat in this war. Don't ever doubt Aux!"
"He's right. If any one can kill Uncle Aux, then they're unreal."
"Agreed little brother."
The other four walked up next to Kruise, wearing their new custom made gear. Medikus still wore Aux's jacket, with a fresh new pair of jeans and a black hat with flames on it, with boots to match. Ash wore the same thing as his brother, with Miadco's jacket fitting snugly on his muscular body nowadays. Dormia wore a pink, hooded jacket that drugged the ground. She wore black pants underneath that fit her snugly. Trista wore a violet hooded set of robes, covering her from head to toe. Kruise wore a silver jacket with blue flames, with black jeans and a black hat with silver flames, with boots to match.
"Well about time you showed up! Anyways, can we get on with this, I've got a Sheriff to KILL!!!"
Frixius stepped up.
"I hope you all understand, THIS IS WAR!!! And it's only the beginning. We taught you all we can and it's up to you to get stronger so you can take this war off of our hands. We'll hold things down while you guys wait for the next wave of Great Eight to appear so you can continue to sharpen your skill in real life combat! You'll bloom into mighty wranglers before you know it. Now get outta here dammit!"
Everyone chuckled, and even Frixus smiled. They all parted ways, speeding to their destinations. Ingenious waved them on proudly, as if releasing his kids out into the world for the first time ever. Natura bounced around while she waved, still clutching Igneous's arm. Glacio held a thumbs up, smirking at them. Frixius screamed commands at them at the top of his lungs until he couldn't see them anymore. As they all looked back, they saw Frixius smile one last time.
Medikus yelled at the top of his lungs...
"You heard him guys, let's give 'em hell!!!"
And with that they took off, and their war with the sheriffs was underway.
