Chaper 1- Not So Bad

Ray'sPOV

Fuck. There goes my chances of being with her. She just stood there in her white shorts, black crop top and black Jordan's with a blank expression on her face. Léannah was light skin with long curly hair. She a petite body but her curves are banging. "Léannah this is my son Rayan but everyone calls him Ray" my dad said introducing us

"Sup" she said nodding her head towards me and I returned the favor

I noticed her little French accent when she said that though.

"Hello gorgeous I'm Chresanto" Chres said trying to make a move

She just swerved him and rolled her eyes. "How bout you take her upstairs to her new room Ray and get to know her while I get dinner ready" my dad suggested

"Uh sure" I said and walked upstairs with her and Chres following behind me.

I walked up to the biggest guess room cause I'm sure she wouldn't want the small one. I opened the door and I smelled the fresh sent of vanilla air freshener that filled the room. My room is always a mess so it's nice to smell a clean room once in a while. "It's smells good up in here" Chres said sniffing the area like a guard dog

I swear I sometimes wonder about this kid. "I'm Rayan and this is Chresanto but you can call us Ray and Chres. This is your new room and I'm sure you'll enjoy living here anything you need my room is right down the hall" I said

Even though I suggested to her that she can come to me whenever she wants doesn't actually mean I meant it.

"Why do you sound like a frigging tour guide, all you had to say that this is your room and when you have girl problems just knock on my door." Chresanto said

"Chres go downstairs and bother my dad or something" I said so he can get the hell out the room

He mumbled something underneath his breath before leaving the room. "Sorry about that, he's...special" I said and I could've sworn I saw a smile from her.

"So how old are you?" I asked trying to make conversation

"14" she simply replied

She looked about a year or two older though. "Cool"

There was an awkward silence "well I'm going stop bothering you now and again if you need anything my room is right down the hall" I said then left cause it was getting a little to awkward

I closed her door and went downstairs and saw my dad and Chresanto talking and surprisingly my dad didn't look annoyed. "So daughter huh" I said sitting my the island next to Chres

"Trust me I'm just as surprised as you are" my dad said as he continued to cook "she just showed up this morning with a child care worker and apparently she's my daughter, they had the documents to prove it and everything" he continued

"Where is she from?" I asked

"I'm not sure they said Montreal but I don't know where that is" my dad said

I just looked at him like he was stupid "that's Canada pops, she's from Canada"

"Oh well excuse me for not knowing my geography" he said

"How are you a airline pilot and don't know where Canada is" I asked questioning him

"Cause I never been" he replied

"Then how was Leannah conceived" Chres asked and that was a very good question

"What is this 21 questions" he asked getting aggravated
