It's been almost two weeks since my talk with my brothers. I don't think I've ever stayed in the house for so long in my life.
Easton suggested I stay in for a few weeks so that we can have time to prepare for Dahlia's next move.
The only reason I agreed was in hopes that if Grey goes a long time without seeing me he will just forget about me and move on with his life.
Part of me hopes he has forgotten me so that the misery I've been putting myself through is worth it all in the end. All I can think about is him. The only thing I want to do is see him.
A knock at my door interrupts my thoughts.
"Seth, I'm leaving for work and Nick is out somewhere, are you okay being alone for a while?" Easton says through the door.
"Yeah I'm good, have a good day," I say pulling the covers to my bed off of me before finally getting out of bed.
I hear the front door shut as I'm walking downstairs, telling me Easton just left.
I go to the fridge to find leftover McDonald's sitting on the top shelf.
"I wonder who this was," I say to myself knowing for a fact it was Nick.
Even though Nick is a full vampire and doesn't have to deal with the cravings for human food, he still eats as if he's human.
Me on the other hand, being a part witch and werewolf, the cravings for a cheeseburger once in a while were unbearable.
I pull the bag out of the fridge and open it up to find a cheeseburger and a large fire.
I roll the bag back up and walk it up to my room.
When I get to my room, I put on my playlist and start setting up some of my painting stuff so I can continue working on a painting I've been working on.
I have never drawn and painted so much in my life.
At this point, paintings are surrounding my entire room.
I stood there with my paintbrush in my right hand and the cheeseburger in my left.
I carefully applied detail to the bright moon centered in the middle of the canvas while taking another bite of the cheeseburger.
By the time, I finally finished my food and the painting hours had gone by. I also had paint all over me and my T-shirt.
I cleaned up my mess from painting which included me throwing out the food bag and cleaning all my paints up.
Then I grabbed a new set of clothes and headed for the shower. I washed my hair and washed my body using my rose-scented body wash.
When I got out of the shower, I put on black biker shorts and a white oversized t-shirt.
I applied lotion all over my body and did some skincare.
When I was finished, I headed downstairs to grab a glass of water and clean my paintbrushes.
I headed back upstairs and walked into my room before having the ever-living shit scared out of me by a man standing in my bedroom.
"God damn it, Grey. What the fuck!" I screamed out almost dropping my water glass but Grey was quick to take it out of my hand before that happened.
Suddenly my back was to the door and I could feel Grey's breath against my face.
"You've been avoiding me." He speaks softly, his voice sounding so smooth. His breath brushed my face and I was overwhelmed by his brusk sandalwood scent.
