Grey stayed with me all night.

Oh my god. Grey stayed with me all night.

I woke up a long time ago, I've just been lying here watching Grey sleep.

That might sound weird but I don't care. Watching him sleep brought me a feeling of comfort. He looks so calm asleep.

Eventually, Grey's eyes started to slowly open.

A smile was immediately plastered on his face.

"Good morning." He said his voice extremely sleepy.

"Good morning sleepy head." I reached over and ruffled his brunette hair causing him to let out a little laugh.

"What time is it?" Grey's voice asks as he turns over so he is now laying on his back.

"Almost noon." Grey's eyes snap toward me in shock.

"Shit, I slept way too late." He started to get up to grab his shirt that lies on my floor but I grab his arms pulling him back onto the bed.

"You needed it. It's okay. I don't have to be at the bar until later"

He immediately softened up.

Suddenly his large arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer to him. He kissed my forehead softly and held me close to him.

We sat like that for a little bit longer before Grey let go of me and started to get up.

"I have to go before Dahlia suspects anything. I'll see you later." I got out of bed and wrapped my arms around his torso.

For once, I didn't even think about my hatred for physical touch, all I did was hold on to the warmth Grey provided to my cold soul.

When we released the hug, Grey leaned down and kissed my forehead once again.

Then he was gone and now I felt kind of sad.

Why am I feeling sad about him leaving? I shouldn't. I shouldn't be connected to him like that.

I checked the time and decided to start getting ready for my shift.

I took a steamy hot shower before getting out and doing my skincare routine. Then I did my makeup and set my hair up into a ponytail.

Once I was done, I got dressed in my work clothes which consisted of blue skinny jeans and a black t-shirt.

I put my shoes on and headed downstairs,

Based on how quiet it was, I assumed no one was home.

I grabbed my keys and headed to the bar.

As soon as I walked in, I spotted Nick sitting at the bar with a drink in his hand.

He knows how Easton feels about Nick drinking in front of customers so Nick always drinks before the bar opens. Then he is forced to take it somewhere else.

"How long have you been here?" I ask Nick slipping behind the bar to start preparing for the opening.

"Not long just wanted to get a drink in before opening." Wasn't he just saying a couple weeks ago that he was going to get his shit together?

Part of me was expecting him to say that he's been here all day but I'm happy he hasn't been here all day.

I don't want Nick spending his life drinking. I want more for him than that.

"How was your sleepover with Leilah?" Nick asks me and I instantly become confused.

Does he know about Grey?
