In the taxi, Sanem sat silently next to Yigit as she watched Istanbul go by. She thought about all the love and pain she had endured this year. The moments she felt alive , felt a love she never felt. She then thought about all her mistakes, her lies, the coldness in Can's eyes every day after their break up, his snide remarks picking apart her ideas and how that distance hurt her more than anything. She thought about it all and came to the obvious conclusion that she knew deep in her heart. Despite all the hurt and all the pain, she will forever be grateful to have had Can Divit come in like a tornado and completely wreck her life. Before Can, Sanem was on a road to nowhere. Before Can told her, she never thought could be anything she put her mind to. Can inspired her and challenged her. He was truly the love of her life. The one person who looked at Sanem, and really saw her. Sanem never felt seen like that before, and she vowed to cherish that feeling forever.
