If u like violently dark anime/horror/vampire/ and pretty mature plot twists but good flowing story with gigachad character growth like eren yeager from AOT,
Castlevania is a must watch. Set in a medieval, apocalyptic vampire & human based world. Originally a game turned into an anime series, All it's main seasons have been aired now (Season 1-4) and an upcoming very hyped spinoff sequel named Nocturne is coming as well. For which we castlevania fans are all exited LoL

Firstly, the graphics. It has very top notch animations with a vibrant yet dark atmosphere which perfectly suits it. The music, the vibing, the settings and places are crafted very nicely.

The way it immerses you in story is the winning point of this anime's direction team. I felt myself very mesmerized in multiple events and places of this series. Like the feeling of Being a part of it's story, or being there watching things happen from your own eyes. It's breathtaking.
