It was rare you had any days to yourself for some relaxation, though that didn't mean you were unhappy with your life.

It was just that whenever you were off from work, you'd be taking care of your son or running errands.

But today, your son had taken the initiative to get the groceries by himself! Well maybe not by himself, he was going with Touya.

So now you were able to just sit on your balcony and listen to the birds while you read a cheesy novel with some nice tea.

You took in a deep breath of the fresh morning air.

This was nice.

You sat out there for who knows long, the only reason you moved from your spot being a phone call. It was from Rei.

"Hello? Rei?"

"Hey (f/n), did Keigo ever come back home?"

You looked behind you and it seemed like there were no signs of his presence.

"No, I think he's still out with Touya,"

Now that you thought about it though, it was a bit odd that he wasn't back yet.

You could hear Rei sigh before she spoke,
"I was cleaning through one of the cupboards and   I couldn't find the box of cigarettes that my husband's business partners gifted him,"

You gasped,
"You don't think...?"

"I think Touya might've taken them. He was acting suspicious earlier too, a little too eager to leave,"

Hearing that you realized that your son had acted suspicious as well. The only reason you'd brushed it off was because you thought he might buy something for himself- a deed he'd most definitely would've confessed too at a later time.

Were those teens trying to smoke?

"I was going to ask if you wanted me to go get them, but I know you have your own way of disciplining,"

You sighed,
"Yeah, I'll take this one. Just wait at your house, I'll send bring Touya there soon enough,"

You quickly hung up before heading out.

"Dude, are you sure that's the part you put in your mouth?"

"Yeah, I saw it in an commercial today!"

Both of the teens had their cigarettes in their hands, and now all they had to do was light it.

Touya pulled out a fancy looking lighter, and a bright orange flame appeared.

Both of the boys lit their cancer-sticks and brought them closer to their lips. But right before they could get a puff, they heard a yell.

"Just what do you two think you're doing?"

"Shit! Your dad's here!"

"Quick, hide it!"

The boys threw their lit cigarettes on the ground and attempted to discreetly stomp them out before hiding the evidence.
