Neverland {Levi Ackerman}

Chapter 21

Fable watches as the wagon with the MPs pull up. The wagon stops and a couple MPs start to step out. Jean immediately stops them by holding a gun to their faces.
"Hi welcome to the party so glad you can make it," she says smiling next to Levi.
Then they both knocked out by Jean and Mikasa. They take the MP bodies into the the into their new hideout. Fable starts dragging a body at least three times her size into the building.
"Fable let me help you," she hears someone say.
"Nah I got it it's fine," Fable says looking up at Sasha.
"You sure," Sasha says helping her anyways.
They take the body downstairs if the building in a room with the others. The both of them head back upstairs where Fable meets with Levi.
"Put your hands over your ears," he tells her looking at.
"Levi I'm not a child," she says looking at him.
"I don't think you want to hear me torturing those bastards," he says.
"Well I don't know it might be kinda," she starts looking at him smiling, "I'll cover my ears if it would make you feel better."
"Thank you," Levi says looking down the stairs.
Fable kisses his lips and then his cheek. "Don't have too much fun," she says heading to where the others were as Levi makes his way downstairs to see the man tied up.
She sits on the floor covering her ears listening to screams. It was good thing she had listened to Levi because she's definitely not in the right mind to be hearing them. Fable heads perks up listening to Armin speak about how they're now criminals. She sighs curling herself into a ball on the floor. Fable removes her hands when the screams had stopped. She sits looking at the door. After several lengthy hours, everyone was in the main room being told that Historia was the rightful heir to the throne. Fable looks at the picture of Mr. Reiss. She watches as Hange heads back down to the cells. She runs her fingers through her before going back to her spot on the floor.
              "What are you doing on the the dirty floor?" she hears Levi question her choice of seating.
                Fable just shrugs looking at him before saying, "I don't know. How much longer will this take?"
                 Levi frowns at her says, "until we get them to talk, why?"
                 "Tired," she says softly hearing crashes downstairs.
                  She feels Levi pat her head before leaving the room. She closes her eyes leaning her head against the wall next to her. Fable hears the door opening again. She sighs getting up from her spot and leans her body against the wall.
                  "So they're planning on eating Eren," Armin responds with after Hange fills them in.
                 "Yeah Eren remembers a conversation between Ymir and Bertolt based on this we can speculate Ymir used to be a mindless titan just like the others until she consumed someone for Bertolt's and Reiner's group," Hange explains glancing at everyone, "we never seen a titan turn into human form by eating one that said Reiner's comrades aren't normal humans. There's a certain rule where humans can turn into titans. My thought is this if a titan eats someone with that power then they'll transform back to their human form and obtain the powers the human had."
               Fable continues to listen Hange and their explanation about everything that has been happening up to this. She then watches as Mikasa starts heading for the door. She was going to stop her but Levi beat her to it.
                 "Calm down I know you want to get Eren back but going on a rampage won't help that," he says to her, "anyway we're heading for Rod Reiss' estate prepare to leave at once."
                  Fable watches Levi leaves the room with Hange and Moblit. She sighs grabbing her stuff. She puts on her cloak after her bag. She heads outside to wait for everyone. She leans against a wall looking at sky. She jumps a little hearing the door opening. She looks to see the trio walking outside.
                  "See you two lovebirds later," Hange says waving at them.
                   "Bye Hange be careful," Fable says smiling softly looking at Levi, "it's a beautiful night."
                    Levi walks over to her. "Yeah it is," he says looking at the sky.
                   "You think everyone who left us is up there," she says still looking at the stars.
                     Levi was about to respond when the door opens again and the rest of the squad shows up. Fable looks at everyone before they head out.
"We'll hike a good distance before we call it a night," Levi says talking the front, "Wiltson you got the back."
She trails behind the squad. She watches the ground as she walks causing her run right into Sasha. Fable looks up noticing we have stopped.
"Let's set up camp for night," Levi says turning to face every.
Fable watches as Jean and Connie went to get some kindling for a small fire. She walks over to where Levi was starting to set up his bed for the night. She starts setting her bed next to his. Once she as all set up she sets her bed next to her before sitting down. Fable stares at the small fire hearing Levi sit next to her.
"Darling what's going on?" he asks looking at her.
Fable sighs looking at him and says, "I feel like there's so much things going on in my head anymore and I can't shut it off. I don't know I thought if I tried to ignore them then it go away but I think it made everything worse. So many things are happening at once and so fast. I've see more people dying these last few months than I have my entire time in the scouts."
Levi sighs looking at her. He kisses her cheek wrapping his arm around her. "We're quite literally taking one step forward and two steps back in this aren't we," he hears her say, "do you need me to be lookout?"
"I got it darling don't worry," he says noticing everyone was already asleep, "go to sleep."
Fable smiles softly at pecking his lips softly. She lies down on the makeshift bed. She yawns and closes her eyes.
Levi looks over at her to see she was already asleep. He smiles softly it's been a long few days they all need some sleep. He gets up and put the flames out of the fire. He walks back to his bed sitting down. Levi opens his bag grabbing the book he packed. It was the one Fable was reading before everything happened. Levi started reading when she stopped. He looks over at her smiling before he starts reading.
                  "I love you my darling," he says softly kissing her cheek.
                   Levi returns to the book and resumes reading it for the night.
