Travis's pov:
I've got desk duty. Someone walks in. "How can we help you?" I ask. "I'm looking for yn," the man says. "Well, can I ask who you are?" I say. "Just tell her an.. old relative.." he says. "Okay," I say. I walk into the firehouse, where yn is cleaning the truck. "Hey! Yn! You got a visitor!" I yell. She looks confused, but she starts walking. "She's coming," I say. I smell something burning. "Oh dang it!" I run up to the kitchen.
Yn's pov:
I walk in and see my.. dad.. I freeze in place.. "Hey, sweetie," he says. I back up. "What do you want?" I ask. "You don't talk to me that way," he says, grabbing my arm. "Get out," I say. "I bet these people don't even like you," he says. "Get off me..." I say. "We're going home," he says, pulling me. "No," I say, pulling away. He punches me in the face. "You don't talk back to me!" He yells, pulling me to his car. "ANDY! VIC! SOMEONE!" I yell. He throws me in the car and starts driving. The truck starts following him. We get to a gas station. "If you try anything. You will be punished," he says. "O Okay..." I say. I'm crying. "Hey! Quit that crying! Are you a baby!" He yells. I wipe my eyes.
Andy's pov:
"ANDY! VIC! SOMEONE!" I hear Yn yell. I run in the truck after seeing the car speeding away. Vic, Jack, and Travis all jump in. "Ben! Go watch my food!" Travis yells. "Okay!" Ben yells. We drive after the car. We get to a gas station. We park a little bit away. I walk towards the car. "Where is she?" I ask. "Who?" He asks. "Yn," Vic says. "I don't know a(n) yn," he says. Jack opens the door while we have him distracted. "Hurry up," he whispers. Yn runs with Jack to the truck. Me and Vic start running to the truck. Travis starts driving.
Yn's pov:
I can't breathe. I'm having a panic attack. Nobody notices. I grab my neck to try to make it more apparent. "Hey. Breathe," Jack says. I can't breathe. That's the whole point.. "Jack, back off," Andy says. He backs away. "You're safe," Andy says, slowly putting her hand on my shoulder. She takes deep breaths. I start to do them, too. I calm down. I look at Jack. "Did you really just ask someone who's having a panic attack to breathe?" I ask. "Um yeah..." He says. "That's like telling a depressed person to just be happy," I say. "It doesn't work," Andy continues. "Yeah, that was pretty dumb," Travis says.
