Yn's pov:

I walk into my new firehouse. "You must be the probie," a blonde girl says. "Heh. Yeah, I am," I say. I look around at everyone. "I'm uh Yn," I say. "Nice to meet you yn. I'm Vic!" A girl says, running to shake my hand. "Jack," a tall, rugged man says. "Andy Herrara," a kinda hot woman says. "Ben Warren," a short man says. "Travis Montgomery," a hot man says. "Captain Maya Bishop," the blonde says. "Sullivan," a tall, buff, man says. We start talking. "You're kinda cute," I say to Travis as a joke. Travis and Vic exchange glances. "Yn, um, I don't know how to say this. But you're not exactly my.. type.." he says. "Ohh, that's cool," I say with a smile. Someone walks in. "Am I interrupting something?" An Italian voice says. "Not really," Andy says. "Hi, I'm Carina," she says, putting her hand out. "Y Yn," I say, shaking her hand. She's so hot, oh my gosh. Maya walks behind her. "Guess who," she says, with her hands covering her eyes. Carina turns her around and kisses her.

My first call is literally crazy. It's a car accident. Car and a semi that was hauling oil. I help to keep the people behind the caution tape. "You need to stay back, everyone," I say. Some lady comes running up and tries to get past me. "My daughter is in there," she says. "Let them work on getting her out," I say. "Right.. okay.." She says, going behind the line. Ben comes up with the kid on a gurney. "Is that the mom?" He asks. "Yeah," I say. She runs over to the kid. "Hey sweetie, you're gonna be okay," she says.

We each take showers. I walk into the kitchen. Everyone is laughing. It's much better than my old station.. by a long shot.. "Hey. Do you wanna go to Joe's tonight?" Andy asks. "Oh, uh, yeah, sure," I say with a smile. "Cool," she says. But I don't know what I'm gonna get to drink.. I can't drink...

It's nighttime. "I already know what you all want. What do you want?" He asks me. "Oh, um.. do you have anything non-alcoholic?" I ask. "Yeah, sweet tea, water, sprite," he says. "Tea, please," I say with a smile. "Okay," he says. He puts it down, and I start drinking it. "That really was cool, by the way," Andy says. "Huh?" I ask. "The way you were able to keep the kid's parent away," Vic says. "Yeah, how did you do it?" Maya asks. "I just told them to let you guys work on getting her out," I say with a smile. "You just have like a calming personality or something," Jack says. "I see it," Andy says. "Thanks," I say with a smile. "Oh, and if you ever need to talk to anyone for any reason, we're all here," Travis says. "And if you ever need a meeting, I know a really great one," Sullivan says. "Thanks, you guys," I say with a smile. "Of course. 19 is a family," Maya says. "You guys are so much better than my old station," I say with a laugh. "How's that?" Jack asks. "They would.. hurt me.." I say quietly. "Hurt you? Why?" Andy asks. "There were two main reasons.." I say. "You don't need to talk about it if you don't want to," Sullivan says, glaring at Andy. "I was going to say that," she says, glaring at him. "Because of my past with addiction. And um.. because I'm Bi.." I say. "Well, they sound like jerks," Travis says. "Total jerks," Maya says. "Yeah.. they really were.." I say with a slight laugh. "So. Are you ready for some more crazy calls? Cause we get them a lot," Maya says. "I guess so," I say with a laugh.
