Yeah.. you guys might be confused of what's in Y/n's mind, why is she afraid of her past being exposed?
That, I would explain here.
First of all, it reminds of her the days she spent, she doesn't want to think about it anymore, and that also means she doesn't want to make more people that knows about her past. She wants a new start.
Second, she doesn't want pity.
She hates pity the most, and she wants to be treated like any UA student, any hero.
Third, as it got mentioned on the book sometimes, she's planning on killing All For One. The reason why she's planning for the top, to be better than All Might, is she's trying to kill the guy he couldn't defeat. So, she doesn't want anyone that could disturb her, or even try to help her.
She wants to do it alone, even though that means she have a high chance of dying.
She doesn't want anyone to suffer more because of the villains.
(She doesn't like All Might much because he didn't come save her before, but in another side in her mind, she knows that it's not his fault and she still idolizes him.)
And she just doesn't want anyone to die or get hurt, because of her anymore, since she's blaming herself all the time.
