AURA (Bakugo x reader)

Chapter 98: Run away

Bakugo ran out of the dorm building, the others following behind.
He had seen y/n, it was definitely her.
She didn't die.
But a small corner of his heart was denying it, what if it was a clone? A villain's trick?
He couldn't, and didn't want that to happen, he just wouldn't be able to bear the pain if that was true.

But he had to find out, there was hope that you were actually alive.

The others had the same thought, as they chased Bakugo, to where y/n, Siji and his friends were.

"Y/n! Wake up!" Siji was practically crying, shouting out your name.
He couldn't bear to see you in pain- all bloody, worn out, the exhaustion was bare in her hazy pink eyes; wasn't sure if those were her eyes anyways.

But y/n didn't stop landing counter attacks at Siji, as if she was trying to get rid of him.

"Y/N!" Siji shouted out, his friends also calling out her name.
But nothing worked on her as she continued to attack.

The critical attacks she landed were too powerful. But somehow, from every attacks she landed, blood splattered out from her body, from her hands, body, face, and the tips of the bandages wrapped around her arms and legs.

Siji knew what that was.
She was overusing her quirk.
The power was too much for her to handle, but she was being controlled.

'She's gonna die this way...!'

Siji gritted his teeth.
But he couldn't attack her.

He...just couldn't.
The thought of her little sister getting more and more hurt- it was too much for him to handle.

As Siji was about to get hit with another fire attack, an explosion was shown in front of him, and someone snatching him away from the attack.

"Hey, wake up!"

"Bakugo..?! The hell are you doing here?!"
Siji shouted.

Bakugo had snatched Siji away before he got hit by y/n's attack.

"You're her goddamn brother! Wake up and fi...ght."
Bakugo hesitated to say the word: fight.
He couldn't attack you either.

Y/n landed on the ground, as she coughed out blood. Her body had reached her limit, about to collapse any second. But she was getting controlled. She couldn't rest.

"She's really gonna die that way..."
Bakugo's voice trembled. He was pushing in the tears that were forming in his eyes.

"Bakugo! Siji senpai!"
The other guys- Bakugo's classmates had arrived too.

"...go back, all of you."
Siji said. His voice was calm, but a little trembling.
"It's too dangerous....go back. Especially you Midoriya, you need rest."

"No. How can we rest when we know our friend is right here?"
They said.

"Go back...I'll...I'll fight. I'll get her back."
Siji said.

But then, y/n had sent another attack.
She used her aura, landing a struck of lighting at them all.
Siji, who acted quickly, made a shield with his aura laser, blocking the attack and protected them all.

"Will you go if I say that you're a bother?!"
Siji shouted, but his voice was not genuine.
He couldn't let y/n's friends get hurt, he knew that if y/n woke up and found out that they got hurt because of her, she would be in pain again.

"Her movements got slower."
Todoroki narrowed his eyes, watching y/n stumble.

Their heart ached, seeing her in pain, getting controlled.

"But...how are you sure if that's the real y/n? She could be a clone...the villains' sick joke.."
Mineta said, and the others' heads perked up, their gaze heading to Siji.
It was a question in all of their heads, pleading that it wasn't the truth.

"I...I can feel y/n's aura, since our quirk is a sibling; blood related quirk. I can find the real y/n, by sensing her aura. That...-" Siji pointed at y/n. "-is the real y/n."

Everyone sighed, half relieved.
"Then that would mean she's getting controlled...by who though..??" Uraraka said.
"How are we going to find the villain..?"

Siji stayed quiet, his gaze still on the ground.

"Senpai...?"

"Found you."
Siji mumbled, as his gaze perked up.
He suddenly used his aura, super speed, making a gush of wind behind.

"Where did he-?!"

"Up there!"

Siji had gone up a cliff in a second with his quirk, and in front of him...was a woman with pink hair.

"I've been preparing..I can know everything connected to y/n's aura, using my quirk, you fucking villain."
He said, as he was about to shoot fire at her.
She was the villain controlling y/n, : Clarie.

But then, a pitch black shield was made around Clarie, blocking Siji's attack.
Y/n, had blocked- controlled by Clarie.

Siji gritted his teeth, as he got blown away by the massive pressure.
He regained balance, his confidence breaking more and more.
Y/n was hurt, controlled by a villain, protecting..them.

"Shit!" Siji shouted, frustrated and anxious.

Y/n stood in front of Clarie, a shield surrounding her.

Her eyes were blank, only the bright pink glowing.

"Y/n, wake up!"
The others shouted.
Clarie snickered, amused of how there were people who still cared for her.

Y/n sent another struck of lighting at the class, but Todoroki made a ice barrier, blocking, but caused it to break into pieces.

Y/n shot flames, shooting her direction to Todoroki. Pitch black flames were covering her fists ready to attack. Todoroki raised his right hand, to block it again with his ice barrier.

But then Mina got in his way.

Mina had made a acid shield around her body, as she got hit with the attack from y/n instead.

She then loosened her acid quirk, as she took the chance and grabbed y/n's arm, pulling her into a tight embrace.

"Y/n! Please wake up!" Mina shouted, tears forming in her eyes.
"Y/n, bestie! Wake up!"
She shouted, tears flowing down her cheeks.

Y/n held up her right hand, about to shoot another attack.

"Mina!"
Uraraka and some other classmates shouted, as others were about to run to them.
Siji's eyes widened, as he was trying to move.
But his legs were wrecked, bloody.

"Y/N!!"
Mina shouted for the last time, as she squeezed her eyes shut, prepared to get hit with y/n's attack.

But nothing.

Mina slowly opened her eyes, which widened soon.

Y/n had shot flames to herself instead.
She slowly looked up at Mina.
Her right eye had changed back color to her original e/c, while the left eye remained pink.

"Mina....run...away!"
Y/n shouted, half- conscious.
