I don't and I won't stand for this. This is to much. I can't just be happy about it.

Not even Kade has an idea how this happened. It's been only a week. And now I'm talking about Kade. Okay, he's not part of this twisted shit.

Do you want to know what's happened? You see? I'm insane! I'm talking to myself in my mind to keep myself from screaming.

A week ago......

"Let's head to the movies together Ela, Gabby?" Maddy asked me excitedly smiling like a crazy person.

"Sure," Gabby said happily.

We were finishing up our science project in Maddy's house.

"Girls, you can go but not alone," Judy said.

"But mom! I'm 16 for whale's sakes! Can't I go out without some body guard tagging along?" Maddy complained.

"Sorry hun, but no. Your dad's busy. I have to cook. So Kade's going," Judy said smiling mischievously.

"Of course, he has to tag along! Ugh," Maddy said.

So we went out for the movies and surprisingly Gabby got a call and it was Roy.

I was kind of curious but I just had shut up.

"Heyo Logan!" Gabby said.

They talked and she laughed and he said something and she said something. And then,

"Love you too Logan." and she put down the phone.

"Whoa, girl. Love you's are not meant to be for guy friends," Maddy said while munching on popcorn.

I just wrapped my jacket around me tighter.

"Oh, yeah. I forgot to tell you guys, we're dating," she informed.

"Who's dating?" I asked suddenly alert.

Gabby sighed.

"Her and Roy," Kade had cut in.

"Her and Roy? As in Gabby and Roy?" I asked.

"Hum, yeah," Kade replied.

Maddy's mouth dropped.

"And you knew? Why do I not know this?" I asked.

"Be calm," Kade said.

He looked away.

"Hey, let's get going. Theatre's open," Gabby said.

She pulled Maddy because Maddy looked baffled and shocked and therefore, not moving. Kade walked behind them but just as shocked as Maddy, I was blur and didn't move.

So Kade took my hand. That shook me awake. But not fully.

"Come on Prez, because of my worry for you, I'll miss the movie," Kade said dragging me.

VERY surprisingly I didn't try to bite his hand off of mine.

Maddy's mouth dropped even bigger.

"Are you guys dating to?" she asked mischievously.

I pulled my hand away.

"Ugh! No," I said.

Kade just shrugged and continued walking away. I feel like he's angry at me. And I need to find out why.

See, I start from Roy and Gabs and head all the way to if Kade's angry.

But anyway, it's over, the movie's over. Judy forced Kade to walk us all home. And I was last to be sent.

"Kade, are you angry at me?" I asked.

Silence....

"Kade?" I asked looking up at him.

"What makes you think that?" he asked casually.

"It's just, the way you act. Around, me," I said awkwardly.

"Why? Just cause I'm not chasing you daily anymore?" he said. I didn't know how or why, but that kind of hurt.

"What do you mean?" I asked my anger coming up.

"Not used to being chased? Every day you'll have someone knocking on your door huh?" Kade said. Why does he make it sound so hurtful.

"What the hell are you taking about?" I asked defensively hiding my hurt.

"Your to clueless," he sighed.

"How am I not supposed to be when all your saying is hurtful douche?" I snapped angrily.

"And now your angry at me? Look who turned the tables," Kade asked.

"Yeah, you. All I did was asked a question. What's wrong with you?" I said angrily.

" I haven't got anything wrong with me." he said shrugging.

"See, all you do is shrug and walk away. I know your angry jackass. What are you? A girl on her period?" I snapped.

"Oh, haha," he said and walked faster.

I jogged to catch up.

"Why are you like that to me?" I asked not able to hide my hurt.

"Is your hurt all that matters? What do you say to me every single day? Does that hurt or is it just peachy?" he asked calmly.

"It's hurtful. But you should be able to shrug it off. And I'm not selfish," I said.

"I'm not gonna reject anyone anymore. My problems are my own. So leave it," Kade said still avoiding my eye contact.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him so he's stop walking so fast.

"I'm not going to stand here like some idiot and ignore you Kade. Your never this bitchy. Something's wrong. As your President, I wanna know," I said.

"I won't tell you," he said stubbornly. But his hand didn't let go.

"Then tell me as your friend. Please," I said trying to catch his eyes.

He finally looked at me.

"We're friends right?" he asked.

"Yes," I replied.

"You don't actually hate me do you?" Kade asked.

"No, why?" I asked.

"Roy hates me," he replied.

"Is that why your upset?" I asked.

"No. I was just testing you. How'd you react." he said with a smile.

I let go from his grasp and gave him the I hate you face.

"I know you love me," he said smiling.

"You planned this with Judy," I guessed.

"Smart girl. Come on, let's continue our walk home," he said.

I punched him the arm as hard as I could and he just laughed and rubbed his arm.
