I rushed around making sure all stalls were complete.

"Okay, Who's the club manager??" I screamed.

"Me!" A dark haired boy replied.

" Selected sports senior?" I screamed again.

"Me," Kade said calmly strolling. He passed me without a word.

"Prepare your speeches," I said.

I said weirded out by the sudden cold shoulder. Ah, I'm just being paranoid.

At around 11.30 a.m. the school grounds were filled with people already. Since it was unprofessional to walk around scolding people, I had Gabby and Fuko by my side to help me keep my chill.

We strolled the grounds like normal students but the badge President Of Student Council, I wore proudly on my shirt.

"Hey, do you like Kade?" Gabby asked smiling.

"As a friend, meh," I said.

"Imm your best friend. When did these secrets had to be kept. Tell me the honest truth. Do you love him?" she asked.

"I love you. Do I really need to love Kade?" I asked.

"You sound so gay. Whatever, just please Ela, I don't want to play these games with you. I want to be able to help you and to know what side I'm on," Gabby said.

"I'm really sorry Gabs, I know you hate it when I keep my feelings to myself, but I have my own feelings locked up in a chest," I said.

"You love him right?" Gabby asked.

"Maybe," I replied.

"I'll take that as a yes," Gabby said and shrugged.

Gabby told me to keep calm and walk with her to play some games. I nodded in agreement.

"But I've got so much to do. Right Fuko? Fuko agree?" I asked.

"No, Fuko going to hang out with Clark. Bye!" Fuko said running away from us.

"Oh lighten up, this is a day of fun. So if that worried face doesn't disappear, I swear I'll bitch slap you right across the face," she threatened.

I relaxed my tense face.

"Fine," I gave in and let her drag me to the quiz games.

"Pressssident," the way the boy said it was because he was scared.

"Oh calm yourself down," I snapped.

"Our dear president Elana wants to take the quizzes," Gabby said.

"Sure, but you have to go in pairs," the boy said.

I argued with Gabby for a moment before facing the boy again. But he was facing somewhere else.

"Kade!" he shouted.

Kade came over and they did a handshake thingy.

"Dude, you have to try my groups' quiz game. Please? And you can even partner up with president Elana," the boy said.

"For what prize?" Kade asked.

"More coupons," he said.

It was more like a challenge. Our legs were tied together and we had to dash across the school writing down our answers on a paper.

"Dude, don't bend! I'll fa-"I said before falling into the grassy field.

"Oh, sorry," he said.

I held back my laugh.
