Chapter 45: Our closness!

A week later(evening)-
A week went by, today I took a day off..yes I am staying home so that I could find something here, maybe an important document which can help me take down, Lorenzo. Talking about Lorenzo, he went to work early in the morning; so it's just me and Catalina at home today, and she won't leave me alone, not even for me a second. Right now I am in kitchen, cooking food as I had nothing else to do.
'You don't have to cook, mam. There are chefs to do that' says Catalina
'I don't mind. Also I am free..and it's been time I haven't cooked anything, so let me do what I am doing' say's Arlyn
'If you don't mind, can I ask you something?' asks Catalina
'Is it related to Lorenzo?' asks Arlyn
'Yes' says Catalina
'Then don't ask, because I can't answer it' say's Arlyn
'Why? Are you scared?' asks Catalina
'Scared, Of answering questions related to Lorenzo, not at all. You know what, ask whatever you want to..I will answer it' say's Arlyn
'Why did you take the house back?' asks Catalina
'Right to the point..I see. As I already said, I wanted my house back, so yeah I got it as it belonged to me, always' says Arlyn

'Why didn't you ever divorce, boss?' asks Catalina
'I think you're set of asking questions, is really nice. I must say you really are smart, Catalina' says Arlyn
'I am a hacker in the gang, so yes I have got a good technological brain' says Catalina and continues 'so why didn't you ever divorce him?' asks Catalina
'I didn't feel like' say's Arlyn
'Now that's not an answer. I want a proper one' says Catalina
'Are you demanding me answer now?' asks Arlyn
'No mam, I didn't mean it like that, I was just curious' say's Catalina
'I see. Because maybe I loved him that's why and I wasn't ready to let him go from my life, back then' says Arlyn
'And now, if he asks for a divorce, are you ready to let him go?' asks Catalina
'I think I am done answering your questions. But I also have a question for you, do you have any sort of feelings for, Lornezo?' asks Arlyn
'What, no no mam. I don't..he's my boss' says Catalina
'Come on, Catalina. Who are you trying to fool..it's been a week I am here, I can see everything, I see the way you look at him, talk to him. It clearly says that you have been in love with him for years now' says Arlyn
'No, what you are saying is wrong. I see him as a boss only, nothing else' says Catalina
'Then, call it a lie, say it's wrong. That he is nothing to you, that you don't love, him, that you don't expect love from him, that you don't have hopes from him..tell me, Catalina' provokes Arlyn
'Yes yes, I love him, for 3 years now. Yes, I hope that one day he sees it too, love me too..yes I have expectations from him but it won't happen until you are in his life' say's Catalina
'It poked my heart, hearing that she also loves the same man I loved for years, now' thought Arlyn
'Trust me, I was out of his life, 3 years ago when he threw me out of his life and this house' says Arlyn
'But yet you are back, again in his life..I can never confess to him, until you are here' says Catalina raising her voice a little
'Don't you ever again, raise your voice at me. Don't forget your position, Catalina' says Arlyn shouting at her
'I am sorry. But can this conversation please stay between us, both..please don't tell it to boss or anyone' says Catalina
'Hmm' says Arlyn
'What is going on here?' asks Lornezo
'Get fresh and you will know everything' says Arlyn
'Very well' says Lorenzo and goes

Few minutes later
'So what is going on, here?' asks Lorenzo sitting on the chair
'I cooked dinner for you, for both of us actually' says Arlyn
'Why did you cook? Was the chef on leave?' asks Lornezo
'No, I took a day off today, so thought to fulfil my duty as a wife, so I cooked. So taste and tell me' says Arlyn and serves him. 'Okay' says Lornezo and was about to have a bite when she stopped him 'wait. Can I have some private time with my husband, please? Can you all go out from here?' asks Arlyn and they go.. 'including you too, Catalina' says Arlyn
'Yes mam' says Catalina and goes. Lornezo was about to taste the food, but Arlyn takes the spoon from his hand and feeds him with her own hands.
'It's nice' say's Lornezo
'What me feeding you with my own hands or the food?' flirts Arlyn and sits on his lap. Shock by this act of her's, Lornezo coughs a little and spoke, 'food of course' says Lornezo
'Thanks' says Arlyn
'Ain't you fulfilling too many duties as a wife today, Arlyn?' asks Lorenzo
'Why do you think like that?' asks Arlyn having a bite
'This, our growing closeness today isn't it too much?' asks Lornezo
'No I don't think so' says Arlyn playing with his hair, caressing his face, but he hold her hand to stop her.
'Who was it, your father, that friend or Marcus..giving you the idea of seducing me..huh?' asks Lornezo growling at her. They both got up, she entangled her hand from his and,
'Why do you think that it was someone's idea. Can't it be myself, who wants to have an intimate moment with you?' asks Arlyn
'Not it can never be you. Because we both know you don't hold the audacity to raise your voice at me. Seducing is a different matter, darling' say's Lornezo
'I am changed, I am not the old Arlyn, you think I am. It was my own idea to seduce you' say's Arlyn confidently.
'Why do you want to get close to me?' asks Lornezo
'Because I want to spend some time with you, maybe also because I have rights on you, because you are my husband' says Arlyn
'Oh I see..then let's continue what you began' he said seductively and came closer to me, he began to leave a trail of kisses from my face leading down to neck. His one hand travelling down my thigh, my hands started to shiver with this act of his, I didn't expect this from him. 'Thai is what you wanted right, Arlyn..then why are your hands shivering?' asks Lornezo, but when I don't answer him, he hold my hand with his other hand, continuing to kissing me, again. I put my hand on his chest to stop him. 'No, stop it' I said
'Why? Don't you want this anymore, an intimate moment with me?' asks Lornezo
'No no, stop it Lornezo..just stop' I shouted on him and he stopped.
'When I am giving you a taste of your own medicine, you don't like it..why Ari?' asks Lornezo
'This is wrong, I didn't wanted all this' I said hesitantly
'Oh but you were the one to start it..this seducing game..didn't you?' asks Lorenzo and continues 'I am telling you again, Arlyn. Don't began something you can't end.  You saw the result, as always you lost and I won' say's Lornezo and goes from there.

'How is that you always understand my motives, instead of my love? In past, when I wanted so much to make things right but every instinct in my body told me to be careful. What you don't know can hurt you, and it did..back then and now too. My own plan took me down, instead of rising me up..giving me hope, I lost again' thought Arlyn

So here it is,
Their closeness took a different path. Arlyn's plan didn't work!
