Chapter 51: The secrets(Part 2)

Down in the hall-

While I barely saved myself from Lorenzo, he was about to know about my hand but thank god I came down without answering him. What would I even tell him about? Yes, that he is right, that it is not a training wound but some other wound which he gave, which I have is, because of him?! I looked around and saw that no one familiar was here, I mean there are only gang members here, and mine and his family. How and why? Didn't he invite anyone; after all it was his success party?! Not bothering about it much, I went and greeted my family; mom was happy to see me, whereas dad he didn't talk much, maybe he is still disappointed with me after all I couldn't kill Lorenzo. Helena was here too..I met her and we went to the mini bar to have a drink with her.
'So Lorenzo has successfully completed 7 years in underworld. Your views on it?' asks Helena
'Is this an interview? What do you want me to say..I don't have anything to talk about. I don't even know what am I doing here, at the moment? Helena you know what I am just bloomed out, that lonelyness which I was going through 3 years ago..I feel like it has come back with Lorenzo, I mean I have everyone around me and I moved on from past too, but something still feels like wrong, like pulling me back into those memories again, those bitter times. Now that even Lorenzo is back, and I..I am not able to control myself in front of him. I am becoming the old me, which I shouldn't but I am' I said her.
'Ari..don't lose yourself around him. He will end up giving you another heartbreak, and I know this time you won't be able to handle it. He is just using you again, like he did in past, control yourself in front of him. Be strong, be the new version of yourself which you have become in all these years. Don't forget your fight for the throne. For becoming the Queen, you can't lose hope in the middle' says Helena
'I know, I don't want to but..but..' I said taking a pause and continued. 'I will try not to, from now on I will focus' I said her.
'That's good. I will support you in this' say's Helena and takes a sip of her drink, and by mistake spills a little on my hand and dress.
'Oh shit' I cursed.
'I am sorry, let me help you clean it' say's Helena
'No that's fine Hel, I will do it on my own' I said her and went upstairs.

Few minutes later, Lorenzo comes down, and goes to the mini bar to have a little chat with Helena.
'Hello' says Lorenzo
'What do you want Lorenzo?' asks Helena
'Very smart of you, now that you have come directly to the point, I will come too' say's Lorenzo and continues 'why does Arlyn always wear gloves on her hand? What is she hiding? And don't lie because I already saw a mark on her wrist..what mark was that?' asks Lorenzo
'Didn't she say you?' asks Helena
'She said it's a wound she got from training but I don't believe her, so tell me the truth?' asks Lorenzo
'She tried to suicide in past' says Helena

When those words came out of her mouth, I couldn't believe it, how cold she try to suicide? Why would she want to give up on her life. I asked her 'why?'
'Ask her that. I can't say you anything further' says Helena and goes from there and I went upstairs to find Arlyn. She was in our room.
'Arlyn' I said entering our room.
'Yes' says Arlyn
'Why did you try to give up on your life in past?' I asked her.
'Who told you about it?' she asked
'Helena did. Now will you tell me why did you do this?' he asked removing my gloves from my hands. Pointing at my suicide mark on my wrist.
'Why? Because I was tired of everything, Lorenzo. After you left I lose myself too..trust me I tried to move on but I couldn't, I wanted to but it was not happening. It was six months after you left, I couldn't concentrate on anything, everything reminded me of you and I thought what is my existence without you, so I tried to suicide by cutting my wrist but dad saved me on time..I wish he didn't' I said him.
'It..it was because of me' he said in broken words.
'No, it's not your fault because I was the one who was addicted to you, not you' I said him and went from there.

Catalina's room-
'Hey, I was waiting for you down, but you didn't come, so I myself had to come to get you' say's Cason
'I am not coming down' says Catalina
'Why not? It's not like you are not dressed very beautifully..come on let's go down' says Cason
'No Cason, I am not coming down to the party' says Catalina
'You can't do this. Come on, consider the party as a farewell and last night of you in this mansion. Come one we don't want you to go away from us, with all sadness' says Cason
'Fine, but promise to stay with me during the party' says Catalina
'I will, come one now' says Cason and they go downstairs. They were in the mini bar, having drinks one by one, when one of the dancer approached Cason, and he went to dance with her, leaving Catalina all alone. While she was alone there, Arlyn and Lorenzo both comes there, Lorenzo at a little distance from her, talking to Samuel and Arlyn was standing beside her.
While Catalina saw Arlyn, she got pissed and was quickly gonna walk from there, but Arlyn stopped her.
'Catalina, listen to me once' says Arlyn
'I don't want to. Leave my hand please' says Catalina
'I am sorry, I didn't knew that he would take this thing to such an extent. I talked to him about it, I tried to make him understand that his decision is wrong' says Arlyn
'And what did he say? Is he ready to not let me go?' asks Catalina. But when Arlyn doesn't responds anything, she says 'what? He didn't agree right? I knew it. All of this happening because of you. Why didn't even come back here? We were all happy here without you, everything was good until you decided to come back and live here. And now it all lead me to leave the gang, all because of you' say's Catalina taking a pause she continues 'I trusted you and told you my secret and you told him; that to in front of you. What type of a woman are you when you can't support other woman? Maybe the rumours were true, that even you don't have feelings, maybe they were all gone with boss leaving you' she said and I slapped her tight on her face. How could she say that? She cannot say something like that to me. She can't comment on my feelings.
'Don't you dare ever again say me something like this. Or else you won't just leave France, but the world. I will kill you with own hands, Catalina' I warned her and she went from there.

While Lorenzo was busy in his talk with Samuel, Arlyn saw him and went towards him. Not bothering to talk to anyone further, she whispered in his ear 'I am tired, I going to the room, don't bother to look for me' I said informing him. Also the party had come to an end now, I gave my goodbyes to my parents, I went upstairs..by passing my room, I heard sounds of someone from the the room. So went to check, it was Samuel and his girlfriend; Tessa, looks like they are having an intense conversation, I hid myself and heard them, and what I heard was something unbelievable.
'Samuel...i don't know how to say this but..I.. I am pregnant' says Tessa
'What? Are you serious?' asks Samuel in disbelief
'Yes I am. Are you not happy with it?' asks Tessa
'Are you kidding me, of course I am happy, in fact so damn happy. Thank you, thank you so much, Tessa for giving me the best news of the day. I love you' he said and hugged her.
'I am happy too, Samuel. But how will we handle everything, I mean we are just kids now; only 15 year old. How can we take the responsibility of a child?' asks Tessa
'Don't think about anything right now. Don't stress yourself too much, I will talk to dad and brother and we will figure out something together. And Tessa I want you to keep this child' say's Samuel
'Of course baby, I can never abort it' say's Tessa and continues 'I am just a little worried, will your father accept it, accept me?' asks Tessa
'I don't know but I will try my best to convince him' he said and kissed her forehead. Omg I can't believe it she was pregnant, that Samuel's girlfriend was pregnant with his child. And in an absence mind I didn't realise when Samuel noticed me and called me inside.
'Sister-in-law, please come inside' he said very gently. And I went in.
'Tessa is pregnant, isn't it the great news' say's Samuel
'Of course it is, congratulations both of you' I said and congratulated them.
'Thanks' both of them said.
While Lorenzo joined both of them too.. 'what is happening here, without me?' asks Lorenzo.
'I am going to be a father. Tessa's pregnant' says Samuel hugging Lorenzo
'That'a nice news. Congrats both of you. I am happy for you Sammy' says Lorenzo breaking the hug.
'Will dad be happy hearing it?' asks Samuel
'He has to, if not you know I will make him happy' says Lorenzo
'I am already happy to hear this news' say's David coming in.
'Dad' says Samuel
'I am so so happy Samuel. You are a little small for all this but I am here for both of you and the fact that you are going to be a father and I am going to be a grand father just excites me more and more. Tessa, darling thank you so much for sharing this news' he did hugging both of them.

While these three were having their own happy moment, I moved a little back from there, standing near the door, Lorenzo came too, standing beside me
'Who thought that this day would have ever come, that we would see David being actually being happy about something' says Lorenzo
'Yeah. They look so happy. A complete family. I am sure, where Juliana must be right now she must be happy seeing them together' I said.
'Hmm' says Lorenzo and continues 'are you not happy?' asks Lorenzo
'Of course I am happy for them. At least someone is able to give this news, in a few months there will be a baby walking in this house, Lorenzo. I wanted it to be ours but never mind I am happy in Tessa's happiness' I said him honestly because I wanted him to know how badly I wanted kids too but it won't happen ever again because of him.
'I know you wanted kids, I did too but remember you rejected me' says Lorenzo
'You don't have to remind me of it, again and again' I said him and went from there.

So here it is,
Are all secrets out now? Lorenzo knows Arlyn's secret too, now. Tessa is pregnant. Samuel is going to be a father. Is Arlyn really happy in their happiness?
