Chapter 53: Our honeymoon

As days passed by quickly, it was a month now. David was gone back to his house, whereas for Samuel and Tessa; they are going back today! For the past 1 month; I was mostly at home; taking care of Tessa. Yes, I took the responsibility of her until she was here, and it gave me a little solace to see someone else in that phase, being happy, experiencing pregnancy, which I cannot l, ever. During this whole month, Tessa was fine..she didn't have much mood swings, her health was all good, she was happy, living here with us. I used to take her out to show her around the city; yes she didn't see around much, as she is an orphan. And  today is the day they will go back. And I am gonna miss them, both.

'Come back soon' I said hugging her.
'Yes, I will' say's Tessa breaking the hug
'Take care of yourself and her's too' say's Lorenzo
'I will. I had a good time here, brother. Visit us soon too' say's Samuel
'We will' say's Lorenzo and they go.

Morning

'Morning' says Lorenzo when I woke up. What is it up to him today? He wished me good morning today?! Something must be fishy or else, him and being nice..never ever.
'Morning' I wished him back.
'Come on now that you are awake, get ready and pack your bags' says Lorenzo
'Why? Am I going somewhere?' I asked raising an eyebrow.
'We both are going to Mexico for our honeymoon' says Lorenzo
'Did I hear it right? Did you just say that we are going to our honeymoon?' I asked in disbelief
'Yes Arlyn. That's exactly what I said' says Lorenzo
'Honeymoon? Why now? Suddenly after 3 long years, you remember that we didn't go to our honeymoon?' I asked
'Yes I did. Never late than better. So enough of your questions now, pack your bags' says Lorenzo and got up.
'No I am not coming with you' I said.
'Why not?' asks Lorenzo
'Because I said so. I don't want to go anywhere with you. Nor on a vacation or a so called honeymoon' I said.
'And I said you are coming. Because I am taking you along with me' says Lorenzo
'No I won't come' I argued.
'Then I will kill everyone in your family; starting with Levina' say's Lorenzo
'Did you just tried to threaten me with Levina's life and you want me to believe you in something like that?' I asked
'Yes, because I am not lying. I will hurt your family, if you won't agree to come' says Lorenzo
'Do it. Go on and kill them' I said
'Fine' he said and called someone.
'Yes, did you reach Capone Mansion?' asks Lorenzo on call.
'Yes I did boss. What now?' asks Jeremy
'Burn down the house' says Lorenzo
'Okay boss' says Jeremy
'And make sure that everyone dies in it's say's Lornezo

Is he seriously gonna kill them? Is he really burning down my house?

'Wait.. stop it. I will come along with you' I said and he looked at me with 'really?' look and I nod my head in yes.
'Jeremy come back, no need to burn anything. My wife agreed to come along with him' say's Lorenzo
'Okay boss' says Jeremy and hungs up.
'Very well, now hurry up and get ready. We don't have much time' says Lorenzo
'Yeah yeah' I said in disappointment.

An hour later I was ready with everything, bags were packed. And I still can't believe we are going on a honeymoon. We were done with our breakfast and right now, we are in the car on our way, we were travelling by his private airplane.

In the airplane

We were quiet during the whole journey, I didn't bother to talk to him, neither did he. I was busy in my phone and he was in his. Fair enough because I am forcefully going, not with my own will. Hours later we landed, then we went to the hotel, which was owned but Lorenzo himself and that's when I got to know that we were in Paris, not in Mexico. I always wanted to come here; along with him and he really got me..he still remembered it, that I told him that I want to go to Paris for our honeymoon and here we are in Paris, I was a little happy that he still remembered it but also what's the point of all this now when we can't be the same again?!

Coming into our room, I directly asked him.
'You remember it, that once I told you I want to go to Paris for our honeymoon' I said.
'Yes  I do.I cannot forget anything you say me' says Lorenzo
'What are you trying to imply on? I am not understanding you, a day you say that you gave importance to everything I say, and today you are saying that you cannot forget anything I say! What should I understand by this, Lorenzo?' I asked.
'Nothing, you don't have to understand anything. Take rest today, tomorrow I will take you out' says Lorenzo and goes.
