His thumbs massaged the soft flesh of my stomach, and my back arched under him. Panting breathlessly, I found my mouth grow dry from staying agape for such an extended period of time. I saw red, not just in his eyes but the glow emitting from his suit and the pulsing from my veins. I gnawed at my bottom lip until it grew raw, a hopeless attempt at trying to stay quiet. Beads of sweat grew simultaneously on both of our foreheads, heat rising between us.
He pressed himself further into me, feeling the scars of his skin softly collide with mine. My thumb softly traced the stiches on his chest as he peppered kisses hungrily up my chest and towards my jaw where he nipped lightly. The pores of my skin rose when he pulled away and exposing me to the cold, mumbling praising words as he adjusted his hand to lock my wrists above my head. He looked into my eyes, his reflecting lust and love, until I focused on his lips slowly lower towards my own-
I shot up in bed, brain scrambling to find common sense in the sensual thoughts. My chest rose and fell rapidly, and I placed a hand against my flushed forehead, shame rising at the thoughts I was having. It had been weeks since I had been in contact with anyone from base, and these dreams were reoccurring. Some were more vivid than others, but all revolving around the same person.
I quickly glanced to the door in the dark med bay, sighing in relief when my eyes fell on a nearby clock. Had Sanjay and Reggie been here, I could only imagine what they would think about my sleeping figure. God, even wondering if I had said his name. My skin felt like sandpaper under my touch compared to the way it felt like silk under his. It was a dream and a part of me felt ashamed to wish I was still in it.
"You talk in your sleep."
When I say that I shrieked, I shrieked so loud I thought a lung burst. I threw myself off of the cot and scooted back into a shelf, grabbing a scalpel off of the top to defend myself. My eyes darted around the room trying to find the source of the voice. My entire body shook with fear until I saw the all too familiar red slowly illuminate the entire room beside the cot I was sleeping on.
My breath hitched in my throat, so many emotions swirling at once I felt my stomach grow queasy. I found it in myself to shove them all into a small space in my brain, standing up and darting to Genji instantly. I threw myself against his chest, hugging him tightly.
He grunted with the force and his arms remained by his side for a brief second before they gently found their way to my back, holding me against him with grace. I sighed and did one more squeeze before looking up at him.
"What are you doing here?"
He didn't say anything, but I saw his cheeks go slightly red and he took a step back, looking at the wall.
"Get dressed. We need to talk."
And the embarrassment rose once more. I wasn't wearing pants. I nearly choked on my spit and hurried to turn on the bedside lamp and rummage through the unpacked boxes, finding a pair of shorts and throwing them on as Genji remained looking away. I walked back up to him and sat on the cot he stood beside, patting it. Instead, he walked passed me and to the door, locking it.
I suddenly thought about how he managed to make it in here without a sound. Granted, he was trained to kill, but it still made me slightly sick to think about how quiet he was able to do it and if any of Talon could do the same.
"If Helio knew I was talking to you, he'd kill me."
He glanced over his shoulder, entire body slowly turning towards me, "Helio?"
I nodded, "He's the closest thing I have to family."
"Why does he find talking to me distasteful?" I looked down, teetering my head side to side before shrugging.
