it's hard not to fall for her

I don't know what to do, but I saw Adhya standing across me with her wide open arms " Dadda go away!! " 

" Baby please!! " 

" If you bring fluffy near honey I will be mad at you, she doesn't like pets!! " I just can't digest that she remembers this too. How?? 

" What?? " He exclaimed. 

" Yes, so just stay away or keep that doggy away from my honey!! " She warned him and he look at me, I just gave him a nervous smile and he just shrugged his shoulders. 

" Fine, I will just hook him! " He said before leaving our sight, making both of us sigh. 

She looked at me at the same time I looked at her, we laughed. 

I lifted her in my arms and kissed her cheeks, in return she kissed my forehead. How sweet… . 

" Honey, why were you leaving me like that? Why were you getting married!! I missed you so much. You know I cried for you so much!! I bothered dadda so much for you " As she was speaking I felt my heart getting heavy. 

I can't imagine him handling her like that. I just hugged her. 

She circled her arms around my neck. " Don't do it again, you know when you left, I missed you but I missed mumma too. " 

What does it mean? Doesn't she miss her mumma when I am here? That shouldn't be the truth. 

" When I am with you I feel like mumma is here!! " 

I closed my eyes in regret, I hope I never heard it, now it feels like I am committing a sin. I know she is kid, she doesn't know what to say but I am feeling like I am just taking her away from her mom. 

I don't want to do that. I am here just for a few days, that's true. 

I rubbed my hand over her back trying to give her warmth. 

She parted away from me " Put me down , honey!! " 

She patted my arms and I put her down, she grabbed my arm and motioned me to sit on the couch. 

" I want to tell you something!! " She said excitedly, in return I just gave her a small nod. 

She bites her lower lip trying to hide her smile " Honey!!!! " 

My heart melted at her nose crunch and puppy eyes. She is really going to tell me something exciting, I guess. 

I nodded again telling her to continue and shoot, she screamed in happiness " I am going to school!!! " 

I raised my eyebrows, and laughed a little. 

" Honey, dadda said I will be going to school soon!! I am so happy!! It will be so fun!!! " 

I smiled after seeing her jumping in happiness. She is excited, the first day of school is always a very precious part of childhood, I know. 

" School is fun right?? " She asked and I nodded with a smile. She started clapping her hands in happiness. 

" Do you want to see my school stuff?? My bag, bottle, pen purse?? " I nodded at her cute question. 

She started running towards her room as if she was just waiting for this moment. She is really precious. 

The first day after my abundance wasn't so shitty, like all of us having lunch together, I had a great time with Adhya and Rashmi. And that fluffy dog was the reason that I was scared the whole time. And Aditya was spending majority of his time with him.
