While counting the days to her wedding, Jennie didn't have a choice but to proceed with her schedule as usual. Her mother had taken it upon herself to plan everything for the wedding, and she didn't have the heart to deny Hye Kyo of her wish.

She didn't want to take away the little joys from her mother, especially now that their time together was already limited. Also, since Hye Kyo didn't give her the blessing to marry Taehyung in her past life, Jennie missed the chance to see her mother's excitement for her upcoming marriage.

"Seulgi, please call Suzy. I think she would be the ideal female lead role for this film." She told her personal assistant after a long silence.

How could she allow Krystal to succeed this time? No matter what her resolve was when it comes to her mother, the deep-seated hatred and grievances from her previous life cannot be easily forgotten.

"Does this mean you also want her to audition, President Lee?" Seulgi asked. She wasn't sure about the details regarding the personal grudges her miss had with Krystal, but it was obvious that the two mutually hated each other for some reason.

"En," Jennie affirmed. "Not only do I want to annoy my dearest sister to death, but this may pave the way for Suzy's career if she manages to get the lead role. I'll personally accompany her on the audition day."

By auditioning for this role, Krystal hoped that she would be able to achieve the same popularity and status Jennie enjoyed in her original life. It was one of the things she coveted since her rebirth.

"I understand, President Lee. I will give her a call then." Seulgi said, before leaving Jennie in her sister's company. She couldn't wait to hear Suzy's reaction over this news.

She knew that Jennie was looking for the perfect opportunity for Suzy to elevate her status as an actress. This might be the opportunity she was waiting for.

Ho Jung didn't make any comment on it and kept her silence. Things like this, she would rather leave it to her younger sister.

"Have you received reports about Krystal's recent movements?" Jennie suddenly asked the elder Kang sister.

Ho Jung was the one who dealt with Jennie's personal matters and ran errands at times. It was something she couldn't leave to Seulgi as she knew how her sister's emotions could easily be provoked and swayed.

"Miss Lee has been visiting her father at the detention center more frequently. I still don't know the reason for her sudden visits, so please allow me some time to dig into it." Ho Jung replied, feeling a little uncomfortable that she wasn't able to complete her task on time.
